Yes modified, like eliminated the muffler chamber and added straight pipe to increase the sound. Since I have added couple of other videos on the process of modifying so I cut short the process in this video
Hi mate, thanks for watching my video. Its clean, safe and budgeted modification to make Z to roar(by eliminating muffler Chamber adding link pipe keeping catalytic converter). Only thing to be taken care by experience/skilled workers. And your query about Back fire - frankly speaking yes but minimal when compare to aftermarket headers which does not have catalytic converter and make a quite loud popout sound.
Bro is it possible to keep the original exhaust end can intact and just remove the bread box will it increase the exhaust sound...i just want to make it slightly louder than stock....still cop friendly..lol ...????
Yes you can do... plz check out my latest video it will help you and subscribe for more videos. If you are in Bangalore then you can connect me directly I will help you with modification :)
Hey bro. Please can u tell me what is our bike's mileage after installing sc project with stock headers and what was your bike's mileage before??? Please reply bro
Hi mate, after installation of slip on exhaust no changes in mileage. Mileage is like 14kms city ride and long/ highway ride 18 to 19kms per liter on an average. My bike still the same and mileage always differ from rider to rider, depends upon his riding style..
Akrapovic is best, because of its technological design for more bass sound. Sc project is just a Cann shape design, loud sound will pop out because of air out let is wide open..
I think due to catalytic converter Exist the bike should be fine but i wanna know how much there is sound difference between this Modified stock pipe and the custom headers ? And is this safer then the custom full System pipes ?
Hi mate, thanks for watching the video. 1st of all there wont be much sound difference, modified stock pipe will have catalytic converter only belly/muffler Chamber will be eliminated(which safe and there is no impact on engine or performance), incase custom/readily available full system will not have catalytic converter it's a straight pipe full free flow(backfire will be more). Secondly, quality matters modified I have chosen 1st quality of Stainless steel pipe with good gauge but these custom full systems are bad after few months of usage.... I did lot of research before doing this modification, it's safe by doing this method, am using my bike my past 1.8 years after modification of stock headers.
@@AshWorldd well thanks... im watching this particular video multiple times because its lovely you might have noticed that i have already commented before... Anyways you are kind enough to reply all the Times thanks for that And please re read the 6th and 7th line of your comment. You said there is impact on engine and performance ?? I think you forgot to add No
@@ArunSharma-yz9kq hey mate anytime 😀.. Regarding the reply on the comments am sorry mate I mean there is no issue at all till date on my bike which has undergone this modification 😀
I upgraded one by one. 1st added slip on did test ride for couple of weeks I was not satisfied, then I did customized modification to increase the sound..
@@michaelkopec.5814 yes I have eliminated Muffler Chamber and added link pipe, to make it roar. Plus I dint remove catalytic converter. You can check out my other videos
Not really required... until we ride these machines continuously for more than 8- 9hrs and every day ride.. then Engine gets over heat and valves get burnt plus fuel consumption might be more to avoid this ECU remapping required. We hardly ride so not required at this stage even Kawasaki service center confirmed not required
Bro i stay in Bangalore near vega city mall ... jaynagar please be there to help me when i need any help regarding the information of the bike and exhaust
@@AshWorldd okay bro , thought of getting it done Converting to full system header doesn't provide smooth sound , I want bassy sound.. so will go for this
It's been 1.9 years since I got this done.. I dint get caught once 😀 becz I never rev in traffic or main junction or police usual stop over.. I always try to keep up low RPM with higher gear on such places.. 😀😀
@@sutheeshkrishna5832Usually full system whistling sound won't come.. but there could be little whistling sound it depends on the way it was recorded action camera/phone camera, sometimes whistling sounds comes
@@santhoshm3798by eliminating muffler chamber it will make loud noise and would suggest go for Akrapovic Shorty exhaust which is best in technology and sound plus if you feel it's too loud you can fit DBkiller to reduce the sound.
Our main movitive behind this modification is to make this bike to roar /make loud noise so removed onlyģ Muffler belly chamber, and I insisted to keep the cat con, to continue to do is jobs
Individual choice! My choice after seeing few brands (SC, Arrow, AR, Scorpion, twobrothers) Akrapovic is the best, so I opted for it.. stylish and sound is also 👌great
This modification total costed including material, welding labour cost and mechanic cost = rs. 12.5k I paid.. Slip on exhaust depends on current market price.. Akrapovic shorty costed 62k, SC project crt costed 55k rupees. Check out the below link for Arrow slip on exhaust vs Akrapovic shorty exhaust with similar modification (converter stock headers to full system, no issues till date) ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-7TmJAroSTSU.html
Either it's a click bait or the shop owner fooled you. Full system sc project exhaust is not 51k its well above a lakh. This is just the end can replacment with baffle which should cost not more than 20k rupees. You got cheated most likely.
Hey mate, I have mentioned the price 51k only for slip-on exhaust..plus converting stock headers to full system spent 12 to 13k in total its around 64k
