There have been multiple fights where the judges could score first couple rounds to Mayweather's opponent. It was not unusual, it's called feeling out. It's not the amateurs, these are 12 round prize fights not 4 or 6. Winning first 2 or even 3 rounds is meaningless. The championship rounds are more important in the grand scheme of things and Mayweather was always in position during those times.

Stanlayy7000 it was clear mayweather lost those early rounds to Judah and Floyd does not need to spend 3 or 4 rounds to figure someone out. And you have not seen that in any of floyds fights before or after that.

Kings that is the only fight where Floyd lost consecutive rounds in a row. Flight might lose a round here or there but never a string of them together.
