Nicola is an amazing asset for City and gives us all probably the best and most entertaining insight into all facets of the club. I don't know any other club that has this level of access given to it's fans.

I absolutely enjoy learning the staff's roles and giving insight to the whole staff besides the players. Nicola always is a pleasant woman, i love the way city gives their fans everything they could possibly desire. It's impossible to hate city!

she has as much personality as a potato, a better reporter with some sense of humor would have been better. Whatever people said she would just laugh it off without any comeback. Very dry
