I’m no expert but I don’t think breaking your jaw in 2014 means 8 years later your cheeks, lips, jaw and chin all grow permanently in size. They also match the look of other celebrities who got cosmetic surgery. Zac looks like a 60 year old who’s trying to look 25.

Had injuries. Sometimes your face can get puffy especially body building if something is out of alignment. The chin prominence makes me highly doubt that is the only reason though.

I give him props for basically admitting to anorexia, but his claim that he injured his chin then it suddenly got huge from rehabilitation sounds like a huge stretch. If he didn't have surgery then most likely he started taking HGH which tends to make guys' faces get wide like Joe Rogan. It also explains how he went from being a slim guy to suddenly being completely jacked with muscle. Anyway, I'm not sure if it's worth the trade off because as you age your face naturally bloats up which means his face is going to become even wider.

If he had surgery, he is stupid. Why mess with perfection ? 😎. Why take a risk on ruining your looks ?

Efron remade his face in the image of David Hasselhoff for some reason. They look identical now other than age variation. Look at younger photos of Hasselhoff and compare to Efron. It's as though Efron became infatuated with some idea of Hasselhoff being the ideal of masculinity or something and needed to emulate it physically so he had massive facial reconstruction by adding implants to attain what he thought was a better looking excessively thicker jaw, which created the Hasselhoff type, box or square head. Again, it is Efron's life and money and he is free to make himself look like whomever he wants. That is the freedom that wealth brings. For better or for worse. I feel bad that rich famous people have to lie about their plastic surgeries. If he'd actually ripped his lower jaw off by slipping and falling on socks into a water fountain it would have been spread across the world on news and media. Rich famous people can not have something like that happen without it getting out. It never happened. And that is ok. But society says rich famous people are somehow bad if they spend their money on cosmetic surgery instead of charity etc.. It is their life and their money and they have the freedom to do as they choose. Just as you would do had you the same.

The jaw accident was 10 years ago. Up until 2 years ago he still looked normal. Its obviously Botox and lip fillers, how people can be so stupid and not think is beyond me. Your face doesn't suddenly change drastically 8 years later.

In my personal opinion it looks like a botched plastic surgery. But if it isn’t, what did he do in life to deserve such a punishment to alter his face?? Cause my god he was pretty.

It's too hard to speculate. It sure looks like he had a botched procedure on his face, and celebs lie about plastic surgery constantly. But the body is complicated and he could also be experiencing a mix of natural aging and complications from his facial trauma and reconstruction. I'm afraid he might be on the same drugs Joe Rogan is on, though. We all know Joe as a big ball of man with a wide face, but if you look back at his old appearance he was a lean guy with handsome features. In his case there's no way it's just age, he is on drugs that are altering his insulin resistance (causing bloated torso) and which are actually widening his bones. I really hope Zac isn't taking those drugs but I wouldn't be surprised if he was in the name of bodybuilding and muscle.
