I actually love Zac Efron's growth as an actor. When I was watching Iron Claw, you don't see the guy from High School Musical or a teen heartthrob celebrity but someone who DEFINITELY has mastered their craft in acting. Never really cared much for Zac Efron in general as a whole, but his performance in this movie has gained so much of my respect and has me excited for all his future projects!
Just so everyone knows. It is literally impossible to gain the amount of lean muscle tissue that he did in 7 months naturally lol so don’t get your hopes up
He didn't just get big. He put on pure lean mass and a lot of it. The veins in literally every part of his body is proof of that. The six pack that protrudes is another clue. So in seven months he did this? He would have had to have been in a pretty high calorie surplus and get bigger than he was and then cut down, to get ripped like that. Unless he's a genetic freak, he's not, that would take years. I would say it's 99 percent certain he was using gh and a mass builder or several. I am guessing he was on quite the cocktail. I am not speaking out of jealousy. Just be honest. Most of us that do workout and know how hard it is to put on mass are not stupid. Just be honest. I for one, would only respect you more. With or without juice he worked his ass off to get like that
@@CallumDickson666 yeah ....no. the Baywatch body looks natural. Not that I would know what he did but there are no tells. What tells? Look at the iron cross body. His abs are pure muscle and bloated. That is sometimes called palumbo syndrome and is a side effect of growth hormone. So is the large square head. He created that in seven months with broccoli and chicken? Not buying that. Sorry. It would be possible if he were that big before. Muscle memory is a very real thing. He was never that big though. That is all new lean mass
That was the first thing I thought was Kerry was more built than Kevin so they have it backwards. Zac is the biggest star so he’s naturally in the lead role which is Kevin and they could of found someone bigger to play Kerry but its more important to have someone whos a better actor. And since their size difference in real life wasn’t that drastic and are close in size here it’ll still work in the movie. David had to be taller because the height difference was drastic and Mike definitely had to be smaller because thats a big factor to property tell his story. The movie is getting rave reviews so I’m looking forward to it.
I loved the movie, have seen it 2 times so far and plan to watch it again. The Von Erichs were the first wrestlers that I was exposed to in the 80's as a kid long before Hogan and WWF.
As a man with brothers the deepest line that filled my eyes with tears of sadness was "Once I had five brothers. Now I'm not even a brother" --Kevin Von Erich
@@piscesempress1978He got bad cosmetic surgery so he tried to save face (pun intended) and blame it on an injury he suffered 10 years ago. He was obviously lying because people like you believe it.
