As an undiagnosed autistic kid, this movie meant so much to me, and still does. I was constantly stimming and flapping my hands and stomping my feet and being annoying lol. It was nice to see a character who loved to dance like I did, and who was misunderstood. The music for this movie is so good! Also RIP Brittany Murphy an absolute legend, and icon with so much talent truly ❤
sing is SO GOOD the johnny scene at the end makes me cry every time. also, the first time my boyfriend watched it, it was because we needed something on in the background while hooking up bc his housemate was home, and the movie was so good we stopped hooking up and just watched it all the way through

So, I'm a sleep tech and something we have heard, an old wives tale really, but I've tried it and it can work for some, but try a bar of white soap, unwrapped, under the covers just sitting by your feet. Idk why it works, and it doesn't for everyone, but it can for some and it doesn't hurt anything to give it a try! RLS is the worst, magnesium cream can also help but isn't as fun as the soap thing, lol

If you’re on ADHD meds like myself (vyvanse) I’ve found that the blood pressure medication clonidine that is used off label for ADHD helps with restless legs but I think it kinda has to be in conjunction with other ADHD meds.
Restless leg is torture, I have it in a way that I feel like there's bugs crawing all over my legs! I found some of it to be allergies... but I have no good solutions lol. Icy hot on my legs is a good distraction sometimes

does anyone relate to being ineffably disturbed by this movie? i'm around rainie's age and i hated this movie as a child for reasons i don't fully remember but am reminded of somehow, here. the vibe is just OFF. it's like deeply unsettling in some way. everyone's mean to the protagonist and then the pacing is so weird with him going to human world and an entire build up and climax happening in what feels like the last 4th of the movie? that's probably inaccurate, again, i don't even remember much. maybe it's the bleak setting, or the somewhat realistic animation style they were talking about. but my younger sister did watch it over and over and we bought her tap shoes so that was cute.
