@@tainanking Ainge is genius:) In Gobert trade Jazz got rookie Kessler who just made 7 blocks in 27 mins (13 pts and 9 reb too), already top-3 blocker in the league (per mins). So a bit like Mobley was in his rookie season I guess
If you look at efficiency, plus minus and usage rate and all the advance stats, the only way LeBron should start before Markkanen is because you factor in past performance. This is not 2012. Ballhogging your way to meet your averages in a league where you can get layups night in and night out doesn't mean you are having a great season.
@@lp3860 I just looked at all these advanced stats, and it seems LeBron has a higher efficiency rating, higher plus/minus, and about 4 times higher asisst percentage in addition to the higher usage rate (despite lower minutes).. Lauri only has a higher true shooting percentage. A little advice, if you're gonna be a hater, dont try to use something people can easily verify like, you know, stats.
Honestly, he's being a bit more than just an All-Star. He's a given as an All-Star this season. He's playing well enough to land him in a "dark horse" position for MVP discussion. I don't think he deserves MVP, mind you, but on the list of top-10 candidates for MVP, he should be around 7 or 8.
Yes. Ad been hurt and missing a lot of games no question he would’ve been a starter.Zion is next up but he’s hurt again idk if he’ll b ready in time but yea Lauri should be an all star.
That 4-on-1 three is ok when you make the shot... But when you don't, you should expect some mean mugging from your teammates... You miss that and the coach should make you sit down for a while. It is the high risk high reward play in this situation. The best way to play this is going for that dunk and when the defense commits to it pass it for your teammate... That's the correct way or just dunk it if the defense doesn't get involved enough. You don't have to pass the ball here, but you should be prepared for it.
The quandary of who would be the best player to put as Luka's #2 has bugged me for over a year now. Let's make no misinterpretations of where I'm going with this. I live in Utah, so no way am I saying the Finnisher should go to Dallas. I'm just saying Markkanen might be the best possible player to run with Luka Magic. First reason, he doesn't need the ball to do what he does. In a league where most of the awesome players have a high usage rate, I wouldn't be surprised if Lauri is 3rd or 4th in usage on the Jazz, where he's also their best player. Which factors into reason 2. He's super versatile and complementary to the one-man-Maverick-offense. I don't really think we need a third. Those two sum it up.
Jrue Holiday is not a scorer. He also benefits from Giannis. We know Jrue vanishes regular season and playoffs similar to Middleton. They will hit shots every now but miss majority of their shots.
If you f**k up your front offices obvious attempt to tank. Not only should you be an All-star but a league mandated MVP candidate. This dude is Batman. He`s the vigilantly single handily putting an end to NBA tanking epidemic. How can Batman not be an all-star?
If jrue holiday is your second best offensive player no wonder there almost last in offence he can’t be your second option and expect to win a championship 😂
This is a no brainer, he should be a reserve. He's very consistent and effecient throughout the season. He's third in true shooting percentage with 66.4% to those players who are 20.0 ppg and above. And of course he's clearly the man in Utah, a team that most people predicted that is going to be the worst team this season.
