"Zach" the Health Insurance and Free Groceries Scam Caller is Desperate to Transfer Me 

I receive scam phone calls every day. While my improv skills are weak, I try to waste their time anyway.
I don't know of any health insurance plan or program that also (somehow) pays for groceries. My best guess is that this was just another scammer trick to get me interested enough to give them my personal information.
