You can tell Zach worked on his short passing game this week, he was money on those short throws. He's getting more comfortable and making better throws to lead the receivers etc. Play calling was so much better today too, run game took all the pressure off of ZW. You can see the energy on the defensive squad, flying all over. The Jets have something going, gonna be a tough out! Great win!

Zach nearly has 2 passing TDs yesterday. Hall went down at the one on two different receptions. Another 3 feet and that’s two passing TDs.

You do realize that was the Dolphins 3rd string rookie 7th round QB? (who had never played against NFL starters nor even prepped to play this game) Perhaps if you use your eyes you can also see the same hit that made Bridgewater leave game Wilson takes on the sack and there is zero discussion of concussion and he never leaves the game. Congrats on the win and enjoy getting rocked at the end of the season in Miami with TUA (top rated passer in NFL) and maybe our starting pro bowl right tackle instead of a guy we signed 10 days ago...oh yea maybe have either of our pro bowl corners. Jets fans think they beat the real Dolphins today are absolute 🤡 🤡 🤡

Zach Wilson seems to be getting better and better all the time. To me anyway. Jets on a roll. Certainly among the top NFL teams playing the best right now. Along with my NY Giants. Good to be a NY Sports fan once again. Been a long time coming.

The throw to Garret Wilson on his off shoulder, Zach had to place it there or the defensive lineman would have knocked it down. Some people were complaining that it was so inaccurate without really knowing.

Run game and little better protection changes everything for an offense. Zach takes alot of responsibility as the QB for an entire offense to work. Zach looks better because he’s allowed too relax a little and just play because the defense is accounting for the run. Changes everything!!

There's been a desire among the fans to see Zach work on his game management more, polishing up his dink-and-dunk game and taking what the defense gives him. I think he really showed that in this game. He didn't do anything really spectacular because he didn't need to. He took what was there and didn't make many mistakes. That, more than anything, will win the Jets games. The crazy Mahomes-like plays will come--he certainly has the arm talent to make them--but this kind of game is what will get the Jets to the playoffs.

Being able to string a bunch of 1st Downs together It's what it's all about. Going for the long ball is cool if it's there but if you're able to get a first down with low risk you almost always take it.

Since that breakout game for Garrett wilson he's been a little quiet but I figure they're keying on him more. I notice when he's in the open field he's hard to bring down bcuz of his nice moves. Little by little they are starting to gel. With this team so young they should become an outstanding team in the coming years. So much talent. I've been a long suffering Jets fan since Richard Todd 👍🏼

He's not as comfortable with him and teams are going to be looking at him when they plan their defense. They also have to think about Breece especially now so he should be able to get open more and with some more reps with each other in practice it'll come. The brain works kind of weird when it comes to change

In in jets fans mind that equates to the samd thing. Hang your hat on that 40 which at least 7 was in garbage time tho. Bring me a decent argument and let's talk. So far none. Keep dancing in the end zone on your first division win in 13 games. I agree with you on the playcalling. Lafleur has yet to call a full cohesive gameplan . There were quite a few 3rd and short when Lafleur called plays that had receivers running slow developing deep routes . He didn't help Zach on those calls. Lafleur needs to get better with game situational playcalling

Solid game from Zach. Kind of sucks that they played pretty conservative in the passing game. Was hoping with the injured Dolphins secondary that we might see a big day from Zach & crew. Instead we got tons of rushing plays. Nice to see Breece Hall living up to his draft pedigree though.

Yea, hopefully we can get a little more complex with the defense. GBs run game is way better than their pass game right now but they still air it out most the time and Rodgers knows those basic defensive schemes really well

When his footwork is solid, the pass is generally complete. When his starts doing the hop backwards after the drop, things have gone right. I see progress and he definitely worked on his short passing. He also seems to be trying to vary the speed on his football. There are several instances of him almost forcibly throwing slower. Still work to do.

Zach needs to start delivering the ball to his receivers hands. To many times our receivers are having to turn their backs or having to reach out for the ball. It leaves them open to getting hurt. But all in all a good win.

@@JetsTalk247 Yes, exactly, he was an effective game manager, distributing the ball effectively and accurately with no turnovers. That's mostly what Rodgers, Mahomes, and the top QBs do. That's the development I wanted to see from Zach. I know he's got the arm talent to stretch a defense.

Most of ZW Throws were either low or away . He was underwhelming . Yes kept a clean sheet with no turnovers but come on no td passes .. the defense won this game and our running game
