Zack Fair Is the Best Final Fantasy Character 

Zack IS the best Final Fantasy character period.

Zack is more than just a ‘game character’ for most of us fans, he’s a person who grew on us. A rock, at least for me. A character i come back to even though i gain new and other interests than final fantasy vii, he will always be my comfort character. im glad he died a hero.

I swear man. Holding back tears wasnt easy but I remember the last words of Zack asking: "would you say, I became a hero? " and then it was oooover. Couldn't hold back anymore

Zack needs to be playable in the remake

Zack is the kind of guy whose energy can wear on some, but he definitely brightens the room. I'd like to think his attitude had a positive effect on Aerith's own.

It's been 13 years and I still haven't recovered emotionally from that ending. My boyyy 😭

My favorite FF character is Cloud, but Zack's story contributed a lot to that. Cloud was originally shy and unconfident which I relate to, especially when it came to facing up to people he's known since he was a kid. Then Cloud gets mako poisoning and is delusion/emotionally static for most of his teenage years. When he finally wakes up, he sees Zack, who he was vaguely aware of protecting him, die. God that part always breaks my heart. Then he has to, with a mental maturity that hasn't caught up with his body's age, go to Midgar, and do everything in FF7. It makes me empathize with him so much, and I love that Zack was able to make it all happen. Everything about the two just makes me want to cry

Give him back damn it, he was our friend, he went through so much, he deserved to be back to his love, he deserved so much more ;(

Dang so much i remember about zack and he has had a big impact on me. I started out with crisis core never knowing about the ending... man the story his progressed the more i felt amazed by his character i loved him so when i was reaching the ending i was devastated i cried almost all day even now remembering all the great things it still hits me hard... aight im out the feels are too much

Thanks for the great video! Zack Fair truly is, not just my favorite Final Fantasy Hero, but one of my top fictional Heroes of all time! I enjoy many games, books, cartoons and anime. Zack shares many similar qualities to Captain America and Spiderman (two of my favorite comic heroes) from personality traits and also some similar fighting abilities. I love swords but what struck me as unique about Zack is his use of punches and kicks in his fighting style, (thanks to Angeal's training and fighting style). Zack is capable of taking out enemy soldiers, monsters and even machines with just his martial arts alone. Able to leap farther than any normal human and with his enhanced reactions, deflect bullets with his sword when he is unable to dodge them all. Zack Fair truly is a Super Soldier! With a pure heart, Honor, and selfless courage that Steve Rogers aka Captain America and Peter Parker aka Spiderman would respect. Zack is a symbol of what a Hero should be just as they are. Crisis Core is a story I will forever love as is Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep which young puppy Zack was also in! With Dissidia Duodecim 012, these were the games that made the PSP enjoyable for me. I could go on to Anime characters and other Video games with similar Heroes but this is getting a bit long as it is! Needless to say others like Zack have also joined my favorite characters. Zack is such an inspiration that to this day I use his images as my profile pictures across social media. I have a Zack Fair page on Facebook that currently has over 10,000 Likes and 10,200 Follows. Reached 10,000 milestone in 2018 and has stayed near that though slowly declining as Facebook kills page reach without paying. I'm not a business so paying is stupid and shouldn't be forced onto non business fan communities. But I digress, its still fun to post there casually and is my biggest achievement online, building a page like that from the ground up. Glad I’m not the only one. Zack and his story is both inspiring and heartbreaking. I finally was able to get a PS5 and CC Reunion, and I can’t bring myself to finish the final chapter. I’m not ready to watch the end scene, not again 😭😭😭

I just hope that Zack gets what he deserves. He doesnt deserve to die. He doesnt deserve to be forgotten by his friends... I wont ask that he gets together with aerith, but if they could repair their relation... The thing is, I played Crisis Core before knowing anything of FF7. So yeah, that zack, who is almost a perfect hero, was just a new persona and some background for Cloud, aerith, the love triangle... it maddened me SO MUCH... For some time I hated Cloud for forgetting him, and for having some kind of relation with aerith, but in the end, I understood it wasnt his fault. But still. I want to get him a happy ending in remake.

Zack Fair is the best character. You spat fire. My only complaint for the video is your mic quality, but I’m pretty much the same as you. I think a large group of young men grew up idolizing Zack Fair and the world is a batter place for it.

You should keep this channel going man. The only thing you really need is a slightly better mic, but other than that, this video was super enjoyable

Oh Lord... First FF I really played was Crisis Core... And always loved it, I've done 95% of its content, at least, honestly Minerva ? Yeah got that, special Aerith/Zack scenes ? You bet ! ^^ Could you imagine ? So much content, and emotions, displaying on a little PSP ? By content I mean, its plot, music, gameplay, even graphics ! For real, remember, that's PSP ^^ Never thought he'd be one of the actual favourites for everybody After that played a bit of the original, to see (FF VII) Then XIII and XV Yeah nice stuff But hell... Crisis Core... Those themes, even the names of the soundtracks ! It just fits so well ! Honestly you anyone who never made it... Do it, even on PCP, use an emulator But that's... Even Emotionally overwhelming at some points 😂 Yeah shed some years... but glad I did that game (And I hear you saying it while I read this, LMAO) You get one the best Stories ever written A Soundtrack that has just... No words to put on without lacking respect, it's just too good... Even Hardcore stuff for guys who wants to keep the interest going in the game as they want to reach really, really secret and hardcore stuff ! Just DO IT ! ^^

I like Sephiroth more and I wish that there was more scenes of him as a hero. But I love Zack♡

Zack is my favorite FFVII character, I feel like him and Aerith both serve as idealized rolemodels to Cloud and Tifa. "So what if it's hopeless, if it were me, I still wouldn't give up", really shows the character of Zack that Cloud wishes he had. Likewise, with Tifa, we see her talking to herself about what Aerith would do. Both Aerith and Zack give hope and energy to those around them, a trait that Aerith actually learned from Zack, so we see this living legacy get passed down from Zack to Aerith, Tifa, and Cloud. My favorite part of FFVII is that these idealized foster parents die, and leave the world in the hands of the next generation, who aren't magical beings and superheroes, but just flawed humans.

Zack is 100x better than EMO Cloud. Love Zack Fair!!!! #1 Final Fantasy character!!! Oh yeah, I think the voice actor for Zack is name, Rick Gomez. Doubt he was in the remake sadly......

unlike most protagonist in ff series, zack is just fighting for his dream, his friends and last but not least to get back to his beloved. he is not set out to save the world and stuff, he's just a normal guy. many liked cloud or squall over him but do they really? these unapproachable main characters is cool and aloof, a far cry from the bright and positive Zack but i can only admire them, with zack however, it really feels like we can befriend him, have fun with him, asks for advice and just being friends with him.

Am probably gonna trigger a few haters with this BUT ! +1 if you hate Cloud for lots of reasons and prefer Zack

Zacks the most boring character with only positives and no negatives thats why hes the most relatable, even cloud wants to be him. He doesnt really have any internal struggles, all his homies was just aliens. Hes tidus without the daddy issues. Zack barely has any flaws and those kinda characters are boring.
