@@sam2slow670 Enjoying this movie doesn't make someone more of a "real" DC fan than people who don't, I personally enjoyed most of it but it absolutely still has issues. It's good that Snyder finally got to put his vision on-screen and fans can enjoy it, but the movie still isn't perfect and people can be DC fans without blindly loving this film.

But the earth one wasnt activated, not until they brought superman back to life. and right at that moment it was detected and retrieved by steppenwolf

Human's one has been moved from place to place. That made it hard to track it. Like, Mother Boxes are sentients rather than a technology. That's the reason why Parademons smell them, like dogs smelling things.

@@hazri8758 important contribution too. The movie was soooooo much better. I was on the edge of my seat. I think its definitely up there with the best DC movies. 10/10 for me. Yes it has its issue with CGI but that didnt put me off at all. I was so hooked by how compelling the story was and how every main character has arcs. Steppenwolf has motives. This is awesome.

Exactly, just take Rick: he is always honest w his reviews, when he didnt like it or he liked it. Case in point: his Game of Thrones reactions and his reactions to MoS and BvS. While people SHIT ON HIM on his GOT reviews for feeling the way he felt, his friends never took it against him or judged him - they were just like “welp, Rick didn’t like it. So why didnt you like it?” Like normal, functional adults. It doesnt surprise me that it’s the same here.

Agreed. They got their years mixed up. Man of Steel was 2013. BvS was 2016. Justice League came the following year, after Wonder Woman. It was Aquaman came out after Justice League.

@@PoopaChallupa I'm pretty sure they made a point that they both design their stuff, it's just that Alfred has more time to spare. For example, design of gauntlet and its materials were Bruce's idea, Alfred just did the rest. Besides, Batman is way more than just an engineer. I was talking about his detective/strategic skills which movie did a really good job showcasing.

Exactly! This could have been a legitimate springboard to launch the DCU but they really fracked it up by releasing the inferior Whedon version instead.

@@russelturner5771 Don't be silly, this is 4 hours long! Whedon could have done vastly better if he was allowed double the length of the film and add 2 more hours. This film was never getting released like this by anyone, and if Snyder had stayed directing he would have also had to cut out 2 hours and have a film I have no doubt would have been no better than the original at all.

@@russelturner5771 I said very little that is an opinion, in fact my opinion (which I didn't share) is that I like the new version a lot more. It is a fact that it is practically twice the length, and would never have been released like this originally by Snyder if he stayed in charge. There is no comparing them unless you think about what Whedon could have done with all that time, or look to cut down the Snyder version. The only thing that is closer to "opinion" that I said, is that if this Snyder version had to have 1.5-2 hours cut from it then it would be no better than the Whedon version. And I think anyone who thinks otherwise for certain might have a bit of bias to try and justify that.

@@wyterabitt2149 Even if Snyder made cuts to his version given the fact that this movie had more heart & depth along with backstories of the characters, more lengthy action scenes, actual motivation for Steffenwolf actions & Darkseid scenes. Snyder's version would still be better.

Yeah, I thought he looked dumb in close ups because of that but I think it’s definitely intentional. Especially later when he talks to Darkseid, he’s obviously meant to be seen as inferior. I don’t think his facial CGI was amazing, but I do think it’s cool that they got across that detail of him looking sad and dejected

The little girl just saw WonderWoman vaporize a man after she bashed the others' heads on the wall and the first thing the little Princess utters is "Can I be like you someday?". Truly inspiring.

@@thedarkknight2221 I get your point. But in the context of the narrative, Diana is a demigod with super-speed, strength, and invulnerability. Using that much power on a regular person is an overkill. Restraint is supposed to be that one factor that differentiates superheroes from supervillains. That was the point of BvS. I get that Snyder Cut is a mature take on the genre. It's even Rated R so gore is expected but following the kill-all-the-terrorists scene with this-is-an-inspiring moment feels off.

Lol. I never gave a flying toss about the SnyderCut and am just watching it cos its there. Its surprisingly good. A few unnecessary scenes here and there. Like the constant wailing and focusing on Diana for too long before she does anything. Was kinda hurting my ears. But besides that, am enjoying it and I like the Cyborg scenes.

@@jeringatai3156 Trust me, the constant use of that theme was so overbearing. I loved the film but man, that theme got old fast. And it was fine the first couple of times. If they wanted to create a new WW theme, I believe they should have gone with something softer, a nice contrast to her action one.

@@FinesseTheAbstract yeah, but who knows with Snyder? As much as I enjoy his work, some of his choices baffle me beyond belief: Jimmy Olsen? Maybe the actual DCEU version of the character was "Jenny Olsen" in _"MOS"_ or maybe it was "Agent James Olsen" in _"BvS"..._ Regardless, we'll never see either again. That's not a major decision, but some are pretty insane sometimes, and other times... He's, like, EXTREMELY faithful to the comics. My favorite insane decision: He wanted a dead Robin, _killed by The Joker..._ Sounds like someone Comic Book fans all know and love...but Snyder insists the murdered Robin in his films is Dick Grayson. Making an odd choice AND depriving this Universe of Nightwing, just because. If this girl was ever revealed to be a version of Wonder Girl... He could go in ANY direction and that would kind of "on brand" for him.

And I believe they have actual chemistry. No offense to the actors on the CW show, but Grant and Candice lost chemistry as soon as Barry and Iris were married, maybe even before. Seriously, either something happened between the two of them off set or they simply have better chemistry as friends. I’ll be looking forward to seeing some chemistry between Barry and Iris again.
