This. People's minds were changed about Marth when Leo and Ignaize stomped top players with them recently. Ignaize got wins over Skyjay, Riddles, and Elegant just to name a few. Leo got wins over Cosmos, Riddles, and Larry Lur (those are what a remember). On top of this, top players Gluto and Marss both tried Marth and were EASILY landing tippers with good spacing. Dabuz's Marth is also very consistent with tippers (I played against him myself). Marth is way better than people think, same for Pit.

@@Spyder-Marth true, even though i do think by now that in regards of Pit, it is Zackray not the char. Interesting that you mention Marth, i am so tited of defending myself for playing him rather than Lucina But you mentioned Leo, funny thing is he himself says that Lucina is better and yet he doesnt play her but Marth, is it passion or what? :)

His recovery is also not that great, his up b has no hit box and it’s not like it goes fast to the ledge making it easy to 2 frame

@@casual_ssb3282 his recovery isnt amazing but imo it being uncounterable, ungimpable, and having 3 jumps and orbitars as mixups keeps it from being bad. better than average recovery imo.

I guess forward b sucks too because I never see it.

his killpower is fine, he has dtilt utilt dthrow and dragdown confirms, ftilt and back air as raw kill moves, forward throw to beat shields and also kill at high percents, and dair which is super easy to setup compared to most spikes cause you have three jumps plus arrows to try to gimp.

@@KevSB07 Ice Climbers is frame 11. Still really fast, but not as fast as the Fsmashes of Pit, Dark Pit, Marth, Lucina, Samus, Dark Samus, and Steve (gold tools), which each come out on frame 10.
