Bring back the inspection plate, vauxhall clutches use to be done 15 mins or less, when i worked for a clutch company long time back now but very rarely did a box touch the floor, use to pry apart, wedge the the gap and remove clutch. Im definitely gonna give the slave trick ago next time thanks for the tip 🫡
Yeah no worries mate definitely does work a treat yeah timer for fair bit of time with clutches mate not many touch the floor with me unless they’re VW golf you know what I mean with the rear driveshaft flange mate
Will this be the exact same process on a zafira GSi? Also, can you still manage to remove the fly wheel and change the rear crank seal like this? Lastly, did you completely remove the top gear box bolts out just loosen them?
Hello mate, yes it will be and you can still do a flywheel and rear crank seal like this as well and yes completely remove all Gearbox bolts from bell housing
Do I need to drain the gear box oil to do this? The half shaft on the back of the engine will come away from the gear box right? Would be great if I could do this without draining the box.
@@Vinnievxr666 my clutch pedal has gone really really hard to push in and the car won't go into gear with the car started and makes a loud rubbing like noise everytime I try and push the pedal in. What would you say the problem could be if you can help. The pedal is near enough impossible to press down
