Doom literally is so old that cod cold war looks as fresh as a factory car leaving the workshop, and doom is sitting in a garage still good as ever, thats how old it is, and doom is the king, no, not even, the literally galaxy among galaxies stepping stone for games around the world, doom is the grandpa of fps's, and it's a proud one to be that, other than wolfenstine 3d, but that was a good start too but doom is still the better stepping stone
Seeing the doom weapons animated realistically was something I always wanted to see. That's how I imagined them working back when the game first came out.
They give this man all the guns from each doom mod/wad but he still fails to manage his way out of these walls of hell, ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Doom: The 4 Walls of Hell.
Hey guys, was just wondering if someone could help me out... I love weapons mods from Doom (particularly Russian OverKill). I was just wondering if there is a limit on how many weapons can be in each slot (i.e can I theoretically have 10 shotguns in slot 3 or 10 rocket launchers in slot 5 or is there is a limit of the total number of weapons the mods can actually have? (like a hardcode limit)
With ZDoom or GZDoom and DECORATE lump you can have any number of weapons, although I don't see the reason to put so many weapons in one single slot. It's irritating to go through so many weapons, when looking for one in particular. Google the ZDoom wiki and read about the creation of new weapons and the decorate lump.
3:29 that’s quake 4’s shotgun blast sound lol Also the fact you managed to make your own version of doom 2016s Mobile turret chain gun with working animation is simply incredible and I think my favorite one
Just wanna post this in the comments. Which type of ammo style would you prefer? The Doom style, where you don't have to reload, but you have limited ammo? (we shall ignore any infinite ammo buffs) Or, having to reload, but having infinite ammo? Honestly, I would personally take infinite ammo. Some reloads are cool, and infinite ammo is always good. Just to mention, we aren't talking in a situation where nearby ammo is either plentiful or limited, so don't let that influence you to go for infinite ammo because you are worried about getting ammo. If you choose the Doom style, I can see why. Reloading is a pain, and trust me, I have been caught reloading at horrible times. There's a reason the "Reload This!" medal is a thing. If you choose the other option, you don't care about reloads, you just care about killing everything, no matter how long it takes. Both are understandable.
@@boxthememeguy I play Destiny, you don't need to inform me. And if you know, let me drop this bomb on you. Primary ammo is unlimited, so that means the Fighting Lion exotic Grenade launcher now has unlimited ammo.
Remember: All Doom mods are canon now. This means Doomguy has handled a variety of weapons throughout his time between the original Doom games and 2016.
