Xeela back at it again changing lives! Just wanted to drop some words of encouragement for anyone on a journey towards a healthier lifestyle. Remember, it's not always about making a complete 360-degree turn overnight. Progress comes with patience, and while willpower and discipline are valuable tools, sustainable habits are the ultimate goal for most people. Depending on your goals you can begin creating habits that will get you there - remember to focus on what you can control, the input, and the output will come naturally. If you slip up, don't beat yourself up. The next day in the gym or meal after a slip-up is crucial-it's your chance to get back on track, create momentum for an upward spiral, and finish what you started. Never underestimate compounding wins - no matter how small; keeping your promises to yourself builds trust and confidence in your ability to conquer anything you set your mind to. These things are just insights that helped me hope someone finds it useful! 💪🏼

for everyone that is using this as day 1, i was super motivated by these transformations, started my journey and am now 50lbs down, no more high blood pressure, and no longer deemed “pre-diabetic” and i feel SO much better. just some tips: 1. No diets. Learn how to count macros. I know it feels unnatural to weigh food but I promise, you feel so much more in control and itll actually fit into your life vs the BS exclusionary diets 2. If you can afford it - invest in a workout program! (i paid $30 for one and have been using it for a year) Going into the gym without a plan makes it boring very quickly. Look forward to a routine and the gains come naturally. 3. Stick with it, stay consistent but don’t be too harsh on yourself when life gets in the way. The body has memory and a little slip up is a small part of the journey. You got this!!!

This was really well done! I enjoyed seeing a bit of his diet and that whole aspect. I felt like past transformations didn’t focus much on diet and instead were about the workouts but diet is extremely important. I also enjoyed that this one seemed to go more in chronological order with the shots than say Natalie’s video did. It was easier to follow his progress and feel like we were going on the journey with him. I think if you can work in maybe a therapy session (sometimes the battle is mostly or significantly mental) and more about the food (how they eat “before” vs how they eat during the transformation - show cooking, grocery shopping, meal prepping, whatever) it would elevate the videos even more. Well done, all! 🎉

This has been so inspiring to see. Been following Zane since vine days and especially knowing how he is, it's absolutely CRAZY to see this transformation and switch of mindset. I feel like Zane is a very relatable person where he indulges in stuff that isn't most healthy sometimes, makes bad choices very openly. Most of us do but we try to hide our ugly parts. To see him get his act together and really set his mind to accomplish something that seems unreachable, am speechless. Super proud and ecstatic for you Zane!!

I love seeing this. I’ve been around since the vine days and it just hits different. Specially hearing about things for the first time, things that happened behind the scenes and it lowkey hurts me too because that’s baby Zane. He always seems like a joyful person and to hear how he was struggling with mental health hurts. I’m halfway in and already almost cried 6 times. I’ve been watching Zane for years, always finding comfort in his personal journey(mostly because I related so much of his mental health and life of the party character). I have tried and given up and tried and given up on myself so many times, and that feeling SUCKS. But watching this and watching how far Zane has come…I can’t even explain how I feel. Proud, healed, hopeful, motivated, strong, and just overall overjoyed to see him reach his goal and continue his journey. Was gonna go to the gym at night but lemme get my ass up rn 🏃🏽‍♀️
