That one was oddly less frustrating to me once I looked it up so I could see where I was supposed to be going. When you don't know, you're just craning your real life neck to see with Cal's camera that is super glued to his ass at all times only to get run over by something on the line you didn't even get to see.
The zip line puzzle I actually found easier than this one because once you know the correct route you can do the zip line puzzle pretty easily. This one however is infuriating, I cannot tell you how many times I tried to wall run but ended up running backwards
This force tear... nearly destroyed me. I got the platinum. I did it. But OH MY GOD... At what cost? My poor husband had to hear me attempt this over and over and over again. Every time I hit a glitch, I would stand up, point at the TV, and demand he look and agree that it was unfair. I don't deserve his patience, or the fist bump and celebratory drink he gave me when I finally got to the end. The man had it mixed and ready to go because he "knew I could do it." Bless him. 😭
As someone who hasn't played the game (and at this point probably wont lol), how are you supposed to get passed this section that Zanny showed here? Is this force tear named so I can look up a video of how to do it?
@@cl0ud5urfer if you REALLY pay attention to his last run he was actually stumbling the right direction until he fucked up real bad, it was getting REALLY fucky, like graystillplays custom GTA levels of fucky
I think zanny missed the really important part where he has to go through both green layers in the beginning to get the momentum going.. and doing so again in other parts of the platforming by going through all the green layers to get boost.
you only need to hit 1 of the first 2 screens. HOWEVER, you do need to get some height in the 2 walls facing each other section, because you have to be high enough to grab the bar after passing through a barrier. Zanny here was tired and did not want to observe his surroundings and download the kungfu :P
agree 100%. This one isn't that bad, he's just missing hitting both of the first green spinning walls to get enough height to hit the first wall run well.
I’m a little surprised he rage quit so soon into the challenge. I did find it tricky but the first part was pretty easy to figure out. On the second jump you can steer yourself to the second wall. He also didn’t keep jumping on the same wall running wall to gain height.
This challenge was definitely a different kind of annoying. It's not too clear how or where you need to go becaus of the camera angle, but I believe in the Zan Man 🎉
After watching Zanny’s Elden Ring/Dark Souls stuff, I was given confidence that I can do Jedi Survivor on Master; This was a illusion of hope, along with these highly frustrating parkour areas. I don’t blame Zanny quitting this one, because I can’t do that.
This level was really easy if you think about what the level is trying to get you to do. In this case, use the green shields to gain height and distance.
At the beginning you gotta dash through the one green then jump urself back so you can get the height to dash throuh the second green so your high enough up, at least thats how i did it lol
I managed by double jumping against the first wall and getting more height on the second wall as well. Only used one of the 2 spinning barriers of the beginning to get the distance. When you think about it, this parcour has so many possible variations to succeed.
I skipped all the platforming force tears in my playthrough. My wife got tired of waking up in the middle of the night to “fuck FUCK! SHIT! FuuuuuUUUACK!”
Funny enough if you go right directly after the first portal you can land on a piece of rubble and jump to the ziplines far right and greatly reduce the time and pain on this one.
@@daydream8175 What made the ziplines hard, for me, is understanding the sequence of events and directions... once I "saw" it. I had the roadmap and it was easy enough because the zipline allows for a lot of mistakes to recover from. The barrier tear, you can see the roadmap quite easily BUT it is a lot less forgiving of your mistakes.
