Mezcal Los Castillo is a Traditional Mezcal from Tlacotepec Guerrero. It's produced by the castillo family in the municipality of General Heliodoro Castillo. The Castillos are direct decendants of General Heliodoro.
It's said that General Heliodoro was close with Emiliano Zapata and that Zapata has shared the mezcal of the general.

Love your description of this. I'd very much like to try this. I'm in Baja... the selection is not great here. I'll be in Oaxaca in May. I'll try to locate it there. wondering if you're still posting videos.

Thank you! How was Oaxaca? I haven't made a new video for a while. I do plan on creating more videos very soon. I have had some life changes and in a transitional phase. I hope to start again sooner than later.

@@MezcalBuzz I love tequila and have expanded this taste appreciation to Mezcal. I love tequilas such as G4, Fortaleza, and Don Julio to name a few. The smoke of mezcal married with a smooth finish interests me. Like if G4 had a like smoke. Have no idea which brands to try on a limited budget but definitely want to expand.
