@@shreeya1113 hello! I've often wondered that myself. Personally, I do my nighttime routine about 2-3 hours before I go to bed, so that it's all absorbed. Also, so that there's no chance of your products transferring to your pillow, sleep on your back. This will help with that, as well as avoid pesky vertical wrinkles on the chest. Hope this helps! 😃💖

Unfortunately, people care less about what knowledgeable average people do to their faces. It's more fun to see what celebrities use and get an inside look at their private lives, and to convince themselves that they can look like that too if they use those same products.

SAME!!! People ask me all the time if I'm ok because I'll randomly have patches of bright pink on my neck or chest but I'd just touched it.

Same, my skin and hair is the same as my fellow Swede Zara. I just have to touch my skin and I get red, as well as I turn beetroot red if I get hot.

Yeah, I wish Susan would acknowledge that, just because the skin is red doesn't mean you are rough with your skin. I have the same problem, my skin is naturally very red, mostly my cheeks and my entire face will turn so red it's almost purple when I workout and get hot. And just by touching it and washing it with warm water will make it more red.

Difference here is that you can literally see she is being rough. It’s not the same as being gentle and turning red.

Im scandinavian like Zara and my skin gets red really easy. I see it really often here.

so would you start with the micellar water, and then go in with an oil cleanser or cream cleanser? Ive been using micellar water wrong for years I just discovered, I never rinse it off...

@@katehoush26 I've always used micellar water to remove most of my eye-make and then i go back with an oil cleanser/gentle foam cleanser and rinse it off. (Then toner > serums > night cream)

The point of the oil cleanse is to emulsify the makeup and sunscreen for easier removal, but it will usually leave some things behind. The water-based cleanser is there to remove the oil remnants. If you're going to use an oil cleanser, you need another cleanse after so you're not left with a film on your face. That film will act as a barrier and prevent your other skincare ingredients from penetrating, and can also lead to clogged pores and breakouts. As she said, you wouldn't leave a cleanser on your face overnight, and by not adequately removing the oil with a gel cleanser, you're basically doing just that. Hope that helps!

Ikr, it's so frustrating. Don't worry, dry skin is a free ticket to wrinkleland if not taken care of. Everything will add up in the future, prevention is key, but people my age and younger think they can get away with everything they do. I'm 24 with combo skin, on the dry side BUT I suffer from hormonal acne, it's been a while now and It's really frustrating because before suffering from it my skin was really good since I started taking care of it. I had better skin that my friends and I could go out without any makeup on without feeling a monster. Now I changed my 3rd hormonal pill and I'm on antibiotics, after seing 6 dermatologist and doctors not taking me srsly in the last couple of years, I really hope it'll get better someday. People make fun of me because I use spf all year around (I'm also very pale and I like it but in Italy tanning is the trend, they call me Morticia sometime) and I always take a baseball cap at Uni for when I have to walk outside if sunny. The only thing not making me crazy is thinking that at least I'm working on preventing my skin from aging bad. I see a lot of people my age not taking care of their skin, some have still beautiful skin but other I've known since kindergarten I assure seem a lot older than they actually are, because it's starting to show sun damage. Ps. I'm sorry if I made mistakes, English is my second language
