I never leave home without it. The great equalizer. It is very accurate for such a small package. It is nice to be able to carry around something full powered but very discreet. Same size as a pistol caliber carbine but way more powerful round. Thank you for your comment and I hope you subscribe.
Former soveit style weapons are unique and amazing. Best guns in my opinion. It helped my country fight off US and allies when theu briefly came in. Very reliable weapons
This has been my favorite Ak to run. I also have a soft spot for the M70 full size with wood furniture. It is weighted a little heavier than the standard AKM and recoil is easy to control. Feels like a Cadillac. I love AKs first but they get very hot very quickly. When I get serious about protection I reach for the AR15s. Very very accurate and much more forgiving rifle. I can dump 30-60 rounds and the rail is just starting to heat up.

@@Yungguna_ Sweet. It barley fits in the Vertex Gamut Overland with the booster on the front of the gun. . Extra magazine in the back pouch and Chinese AK chest rig in the main compartment with radio and medical supplies. Glock 34 with paddle holster. Pretty much ready for anything.
@@Yungguna_ if you go with a bag like that just make sure you cut out a piece of hard plastic or use thick cardboard at the bottom of the bag to disperse the weight of the gun. If you rest it with just the gun in the bag it will have a nice point that sticks out and looks funny. Not to mention when you go to rest it, it will hit the gun first since it’s poking out a bit. Hard plastic rectangular cut to fit to the bottom of the bag will definitely keep the gun safe and make it more stable. I am so happy for you.

What optic are you running? Check the optic mount that came with your red dot. Sometimes that can be the weak link. Lots of locktite. Yes, I hear the Texas top covers are top notch. They look better also. Love the name!!! Awesome movie.
@aribpm I have a holosun 503 dot on it, but I put my aimpoint pro on it to make sure it wasn't the dot, and I loctite everything. Like you said I've hear good thing about the TWS covers and they look sweet.
I have an O-PAP M70 before Zastava USA was formed. This things a beast. I worked for one of the largest online retailer for 7 years. The Zastava was definitely the best bang for your buck. Believe it or not the WASR is GTG as well.
@@oddish3022 you and I both. Those are really awesome as well. I prefer 30cal when it’s a smaller package but wouldn’t feel under equipped with an M92. I wish the steel magazines were a little cheaper but I bet they last forever.
Whats the difference between the alpha and regular zpaps. Mine came with the Booster muzzle. Rail on the cover and on the back for a brace. Right now I have an SB Triangle folding brace which is the same as yours I believe. But when people say alpha AK builds im thinking of westernized aks covered in rails and MLOK.

This is about as good as it gets honestly. The only complaint I have is in the grip area where the rear 1913 adapter meets the receiver it can work your hand webbing but you should be gloved shooting and AK anyways. I have seen thousands of AKs come through and for the price you pay Zastava is King at the moment. Bulged Trunnions, CHF Chrome Lined Barrels, 1.5 MM thick receivers, trigger retaining clips ( no more paper clips) . It is a no brainer. I am not saying a WASR/ Arsenal is no good but comparatively speaking these are immaculate. You pop the hood on these and they are so shiny and just ooze with quality. Every rivet is perfect and the trigger is all original FCG as pistols are not held to 922r compliance. I’d marry it if I could. Also the actual barrel thickness compared to AKM Draco style is much much thicker.
I know! It looks super well built! I just bought the ZPAP M70 with the triangle folding stock in Serbian red! Zastava are battlefield tested! The Serbs made these guns to last!

@@dickeymoore3662 this was imported by Zastava Arms USA. They have a presence in the United States now. This is an unmolested version meaning it’s a pistol so there are no 922r complaint parts. It’s about as close as you are going to get to the real deal as far as metallurgy. No malfunctions of any kind in about 800 rounds. That is nothing for this gun though. I did not buy it to be a high volume shooter. It fits in a backpack and can be carried around inconspicuously.
It looks nice man. My century arms Micro draco is a beast too(after about $500 in upgrades that is, it was ugly/felt cheap out of the box lol). Out of all of my guns it's the most fun to shoot

I would consider it pretty permanent. If you wanted one without it they definitely make a smooth sided version. You could remove it if you really had too. This gun with open sights is okay. Two different models. Zastava makes a few different versions. This would be the Alpha Series that I have. You more than likely got a base model but by all means these are fantastic firearms.

If you have a Zastava M92 like I have here then no you would just need this adapter zastavaarmsusa.com/product/3-piece-1913-rail-adaptor/ you basically bolt that bad boy in with some thread locker and let it dry. Mine came from the factory installed but you can install these very easily. Do you have the sling loop in the back or what is your current setup at the rear of the receiver?

Come to Texas, Plenty of opportunities here in Dallas. Not much to look at as far as landscape. Everyone who wants one should have a Zpap. Holding that rifle is an amazing feeling. Shooting it is even better.

@@GunsNGames248 I have had decent luck with the one that came with the gun. Never a bad idea to have a spare or one that is a little more powerful. Eventually it will need to be replaced. Out of the box you should be good to go. If you order online and have it sent to a dealer just make sure to inspect the firearm thoroughly before transferring it. Once you do a 4473/ background check on it it is almost impossible to return.

This is a Krink style sight. Sights are built into the hinged dust cover. M92 Yugo is a little different than AKM patter rifles. Still pretty much the same thing.
This is not for sale. They are sold here in the USA 🇺🇸 but not for export. They are Serbian made and imported by Zastava. I would contact a local arms dealer and see if they have connections for Serbian Made Zastava Rifles. Very high quality.
