I would seriously never mess with Farkle. He may be the sweet one but boy with that evil voice, genius mind and ability to pull out toy guns from no where, I’m never gonna mess with him😂
It has been my experience that whenever the main character gets a love interest, it's way more interesting seeing that love interest hang out with their non-romantic best friend(s)

9:32 this scene is exactly like the one in Boy Meets World where Shawn tries to decide using jellybeans who Cory likes better- Topanga or Lauren! While Shawn frowns to give jellybeans for Lauren, Zay and Farkle feel it uncomfortable to give jellybeans for Maya. What the heck this is so nostalgic!
Riggghhhttt. I want that too. Riley and maya are best friends. Girl meets world has always had that focus on friendship over romance. So why make a situation like this just because love triangle craze was all around during the time. I say do better and have riley and maya make a pact to just never date Lucas. Lucas..honestly..I don't know why he's okay with the arrangement they came with. If he couldn't decide, the decent thing would be to step back instead of making friends hurt each other because both riley and maya would easily sacrifice for the other's happiness. I don't even know why Lucas is that conflicted. Maya and him were chemistry in the moment, that's it. Unless, of course, he liked her even before the campfire..and then..he just goes even worse.. because he then kept leading riley on while secretly harbouring feelings for her best friend. What happened is not okay. The love triangle probably dug out the stupidest things to justify it. Maya thinking riley and Lucas are too much like siblings just because they're alike is dumb. Maya becoming riley because she's happy now and gets good grades is dumb and character development in the dustbin. They insulted both lucaya (because come on) and rucas (it's the superior ship out of the two, there are tons of ways to show that than resort to something like this) with this. They also dragged down Riley's character with the whole maya is riley premise having her act so ooc. It was all too much..if they really valued friendship that much, they should have just squashed it. Charlie was so cool, they could have totally expanded on him. But the guy..I feel so sorry for him because he must have felt do led on in the drama. They should have gotten a new love interest for maya. I know there is josh..but honestly maya waiting for till it's appropriate to date josh plotline isn't really cool. They shouldn't have josh go, there's a chance in the end. It was good as it was, josh saying there's no chance. He should not be expected to like a girl three years younger than him just because she does. Josh has done nothing for maya to hold such a deep attachment for him anyway.
When they were trying to help Lucas choose who he wanted to be with, they should have asked him who he could envision himself spending the rest of his life with. I think that's a good way to figure it out, cause it's not just about a moment with that person, it's about spending every day of the rest of your life with them. You have to really be sure you love whoever you choose, otherwise you'll be miserable, and it will lead to many problems for the both of you.
Paracetamol. 211 I’m sorry but Lucas and Maya all the way. Rucas was just so cringeworthy and awkward. Not to mention they had no chemistry whatsoever 😭

Maya liking Lucas was a contrived plot in itself and introduced many other idiotic plot devices lile maya thinking riley and Lucas are like brother and sister or maya becoming riley to stretch it on. Riley and Lucas could be awkward because they're teenagers and look at that, teenagers aren't always suave when it comes to people they like. Maya and Lucas were chemistry in a moment because both were vulnerable that was made into a bigger deal than it was. Of course, while rucas is superior to lucaya, in the end, riley and maya is the friendship that's the best and that's why those girls should have just made a pact to never date Lucas. Lucas should have just been paired of with some other girl..or given a bigger arc than he did..to establish him as an individual character..cause Lucas feels really underdeveloped and mostly used as a love interest. He's got that one backstory which is the only dimension in his character..and even that is mostly used in association with riley. Lucas and riley also had plenty of chemistry by the way. When they become older..but people will always remember that little peck and call that as a sign of no chemistry even though it's the way only because both of them were a little bit too young. Ofcourse, I do admit, that Peyton and Sabrina had more chemistry..but frankly..that shouldn't make their character's love story better. Corey and Rowan's chemistry was even better but farkle and smackle are probably the most wholesome couple on the show.
