Music taste is subjective and you are right if you are not feeling it and it’s not your favorite genre doesn’t matter how talented the person is and you don’t have to apologize for that. I love Zayn and I think he truly conveys the emotions through his vocals. You would have to take a deeper understanding to the lyrics and what they represent to truly feel the passion in his voice. I’m also very proud of Zayn for going a total different route of the band sound and taking a risk to do the things he loves and has meaning to him and connects to certain audiences that are not necessarily from the band fandom.

Personally, even I don't consider this one the best from him. You might wanna react to "It's You" by Zayn or some stuff from his latest album which is much more raw.

I feel the opposite way from you all and I figured you'd feel this way, which is why I never paid for you all to react to him. This is why genre matters. Some people don't like certain genres and that's fine. This is why I can typically predict which 1D and Harry songs you'll have a positive reaction to and which ones you guys don't like very much. It's also part of the reason why Zayn left the group. There's no need to feel bad.

I knew you wouldn't like this one and it's completely okay. It was not zayn's best too. This was just the time he was trying to get away from his " boyband" persona. And then he stopped promoting which was not much initially too. So many of the underrated songs are far more better. If you are not into r&b I don't think his music is for you. If you like some silent songs you should check out it's you, again from his first album. And seeing your other reactions I think you guys like stuff more when it's live. And it does add a touch to songs. I didn't like Harry's music much untill I watched live performances. But u are not gonna get that from zayn. Zayn's Dusk Till Dawn ft Sia video has 1.9b. You only can be honest its the best way. Commented on a previous video, Zayn's Sour Diesel Funk Rock type song, you MAY like, only one. Zayn performed 6x has a solo artist between Feb 2016-May 2016. If anyone wants to pay for it, Its You first solo performance Feb 2016 on Jimmy Fallon show probably best live to listen, dont think you like that also.. I think Liam solo stuff went towards hip hop/ R&B not sure dont listen to his music.

I have a bunch of songs by Zayn I like even though he's not working in a genre I love but, just like Harry, he experiments with sounds and even genres a little. I'd say my all time favourite song by him is Sour Diesel, it's very much funk / rock style so if anyone sends you a request to react to it, don't be hesitant, it is quite good. I don't listen to the lyrics though, the sound is great. Satisfaction has amazing lyrics, Good Years is very self-reflective and deep. The Icarus interlude is amazing, even though it says interlude, it's a stand-alone song to me. Very interesting sound and a little bit of philosophy from him. So he's a genuine artist, I'm just sad his personality confines his artistry, at least it's how I see him.

I also didn't like his early music, i feel like you could listen to his last album ‘nobody is listening’, it's still r&b but it has a lot of acoustic guitars

And while I am on board with you about the style of music, I do enjoy some of Zayn's songs a lot. I guess it's both his voice and oriental enigma that most of his music has. "Pillow talk" is definitely not my favorite but I listen to "Rear view", "Sweat" and "Like I would" a lot.

Everything you said about this song is fair. Nothing against Zayn, but his music is just not for me. I'm sure he's very talented. I know he's also an artist. I feel bad for him in that he suffers from anxiety, as many people do. But, I just don't really don't care for his music, I don' t care for the over-produced, electronic sound. Like you, I prefer a band with real instruments and a more rock-pop sound.

There’s only 3 songs of zayn’s I care to listen to A whole new world From Aladdin Movie, I don’t wanna live forever which is on one of the 50 shades movie soundtrack’s and Dusk till Dawn. He is extremely Hansome and easy to look at but he’s just not a entertainer like the rest of the boys so u can’t really get drawn into him like you do with the other boys. They interact with fans & crowds and make you laugh and so ur more drawn towards them. Nothing negative about Zayn tho it’s just the way people are. Zayn’s like a Acquired taste I’d say.

You guys were struggling to find something to like about his music or at least that 1 song. It isn’t what you are drawn to & it’s ok. Finally refreshing to hear honest thoughts from reactors & y’all not just jumping on the guys popularity to gain followers for yourselves. I think you would like Satisfaction & There you Are. It’s the only 2 songs out of Zayn’s catalog I’m drawn to. After watching your reactions for last few weeks seeing what y’all have liked I think you will enjoys these a little more.

Zayn has such a special, beautiful voice, and he's so skilled. With 1D breaking up we've heard the music they all want to be making as individual artists, and Zayn's just isn't it for me (there's a few songs I like but not many). Doesn't mean he's not a good artist, but I've definitely gravitated towards Harry's music for a reason. This was interesting to listen to though!

This is the first time I decided to watch Zyan's music because I wasn't crazy about his high notes, not my cuppa. I prefer emotional rocky voice and real instruments sounds than this video hurts my eyes. No wonder his songs didn't make it to 1D albums, no disrespect to anyone's talent. Zyan and Harry fans are notorious and he has huge fan base in Asia.. Cheers.

The more I watch you, the more I like you, you made me laugh so much through this video, I wonder how many of the billion are for the song or the video😜 I think the video, I agree with you, I like the other three but Zayn's over auto tuned voice isn't for me, I say the other three because I feel sure you won't like Liam either, Liam has the best all round voice and co wrote a lot with Louis, but he hasn't found his way solo, which is a shame, because he could be so good

Zayn's music isn't my cup of tea really (and I hate this video), though I do like some of the funkier tracks such as Sour Diesel, Borderz and Lucozade. I also feel that his solo career shows up some of the weaknesses in his voice, whereas in 1D, his soaring vocals were something exciting to look forward to, rising out of the four-part harmonies.

I don't think he ever wanted to be a performer to begin with and I get that. He was given this opportunity in life and he grabbed it and good for him for not wasting it. I respect his decision to leave, I just don't think he did it the the right way. He said he left due to health issues and that he wanted to be a normal 23 year old guy and he announced a single / album release few months later with all its hype. He trashed on his bandmates when he didn't really have to. He made fans believe he was mistreated in the band and he never filed any lawsuit although he totally could. Instead he gave interviews and wrote books saying some vague stuff that fans took the way they took. I don't wanna get into personal stuff like anxiety, drugs and his relationships but that professional thing alone isn't something I respect tbh. Yes, he's a great vocalist and he's an acclaimed songwriter in the genre he works in. But I feel like he writes these massive songs just never to perform them and in the end it feels like he's just playing pretend, like a kid fanasizing about superheroes. It's hard to follow the artist like him without his personal context, you're supposed to get familiar with his story and I refuse to do that.

I think all Zayn fans - clearly there’s loads - cause there were more views on here than on the other reaction videos - should just move on and subscribe to another Channel. Where you can watch more enjoyable and appreciative reactions of Zayn. I think we would all go blue in the face by repeating again and again that Zayn does not fit in a genre. But those who don’t appreciate his work prefer to stick him a box probably to justify their reasons.
