I saw a comparison elsewhere, where they put it to compete with a Harman, I don't remember which one but it was a boombox and... It really didn't pass the test, it was clear that the Zealot was suffering a lot. No way, they will have to try harder.
I've tried similar speaker to the S78, such as W-King T11, H10, T9, Tronsmart Bang Max, Tribit Stormbox Blast and Soundcore Party 2, yet the S78 ranks dead last to all of these if I was doing a best to worst.
Bro zealot is the greatest speaker though I got my reasons I have jbl zealot and the hama kadon studio 6 and I still love my zealot s78 and s67 they have their own beauty
I would like to know if it really has the 24k mha battery that it claims to have. At maximum volume, how long does the battery last? And if in an open place like the beach, how far away can you hear it?
Hey, if you like whatever Zealot speaker you have, that's great for you. Aren't you being a hater yourself for accusing me of being a hater for my honest opinion? Some people really like Bar-S hotdogs, made with lips and aholes. Everybody has different tastes in food as well as speakers. 😂
Unless you hear them in person you can't judge, I got a zealot S79, and it's not a good speaker, my Soundcore boom 2 wipes the floor with it, while being much smaller. They're cheap Chinese junk honestly.
Will my unit arrive the day early? I'm glad I was expecting the worst. But it's actually not that terrible. Definitely with some software updates. The sound can be improved before I paid. I'm OK with I mean seriously. You can get a smaller charge 5 for 150. Normally 180 or even catch it on the sale. But no seriousness, this is actually an OK speaker. The form factor keeps making me think JBL extreme 4 like zealot should give this speaker to JBL and let them tune it LO. L
The eq mode isn’t too perfect so use ur music app eq bass mode and then put the zealot in eq bass mode too then no more unbalance issue and thank me later zealot are doing well bro
If you put the speaker in it's EQ Bass mode, then boost bass further with a 3rd party EQ, the result will be some big time distortion with bass heavy music.
Which is the best speaker to buy that is very loud and fairly priced. I looking to buy something like jbl charge 5, what is the best,i ordered a megaboom 3 but heard bad thinfs about it

Hey now, I did leave a disclaimer in that video.😆I didn't tell anybody to rush out and buy it. I just can't believe that Zealot can screw up every speaker, or at least the 5 or 6 I've tried.
@JaysStraightUpReviews it's all good dude I like the design so I got super curious, I'll let my ears judge lol, he'll I returned to Sony XG300 for not living up to the hype, and my original xtreme 3 aswell, that wasn't worth the asking price at that time, bought it a year later at a better asking price! Bang max might be on the way if this thing really sucks that much
@@LydonLewisDoUbLeZz well the S78 isn't a total dud. It just baffles me that Zealot can continue to not tune these speakers to limit distortion. This S78 could have been a really good one if they would implement a little DSP correction at higher and lower volume levels.
I have the zealot s49 pro and it gets stomped on by a 30$ onn speaker from walmart bruh the sound quality is almost night and day. Generally speaking walmarts onn brand of speakers are pretty gah damm decent and thats ignoring the good price too
I didn't like the 1st gen Onn Large Party Speaker and it had some serious reliability issues. The second gen Large sounded a lot better to me, but some complained that it wasn't loud enough due to it being a warmer sound signature than the hyper-bright first version. I tried two of the Onn Large second gen and both of them had popping/cracking sounds that would happen every so often. I had to take both back. Onn certainly isn't the best for quality made speakers that will last.
@JaysStraightUpReviews yea their quality is so random... when I bought the onn indoor medium speaker they put WAY to much adhesive on the passives which made a lot of noise, just took it apart and scraped away the remaining adhesive and put powder to stop any sticky sounds.
Valid criticism imo especially if you're an audiophile lmfao ofc this thing will get hated on but ive seen plenty of regular people enjoy this speaker fine.. and for the price is deceant. Most of its issues can easily be fixed with software if you plan to use this with your pc.

@@Quan5021 the annoying thing is that's what he's been doing in all his Zealot reviews i have seen, totally ignore the price. Here in Nigeria, the Zealot S78 costs N85,000 while the JBl Xtreme 3 costs N220,000 and above, that's like triple the cost of the S78. But the S78 totally outperforms it, at least to a considerable extent. But someone like this fake audiophile will still come and call the Zealot crap simply because it missed some features that are found on the more expensive speakers. It's pretty annoying. He did same thing with the S67, I almost believed him till I got it and it's pretty decent. I got the S67 for N40,000, the jbl speaker that costs around that is the clip and you know the clip is no match for the S67 but here we are. He knows Zealot offers better value for money but this dickhead would rather eat his ass than to affirm this truth. I'm sorry for the long read, this guy just annoys me

Zealot is a cheap Chinese brand that has been around for quite a while. There are plenty of speakers in the same price ranges that easily outperform Zealot. Nice try, Slick! 😉
