44:00 Don't we also see this sense of "I'm not a prophet" in Amos 7:14? Amos is not coming from a place of shame however but a place of humility. Unlike the other prophets of the day whose fathers were prophets and who were trained, Amos is just a simple guy who was given a mission by God. He wasn't prophesying for profit or fame, but to give out the message he was given. And the comment in verse 6 about receiving the wounds in my friends' house. Wouldn't all of the prophets who were attacked for prophesying against Israel (Isaiah and Jeremiah to name a couple) say the same thing? I was wounded in the house of the people I was trying to save, my friends.
