I can't even begin to tell you how many tears I've cried over this episode. First there was that heartbreaking scene where Zeke told Michaela he was done with the treatments and she broke down, and then the proposal turned all my sad tears into happy ones. No matter what happens, I truly believe these two are soulmates and that their lives are forever better just because they love each other. They helped each other heal and overcome their darkest demons, and they finally believe that they are worthy of love. Of each other's love. They really are the loves of each other's lives and no one can convince me otherwise. I still have hope that Zeke will survive the finale, but if he doesn't, at least I'll have peace knowing that he has changed Michaela's life for the better forever, and that he will always have her heart.
I poured my heart and soul into this vid, so it only makes sense that I dedicate this to my amazing Zekaela Squad on Twitter, who have become so dear to me and who have been the best emotional support during these last few weeks (and will continue to be in the following two weeks). I love you all so much and I'm so glad to have met you all through this beautiful ship ❤️
