This honestly gave me goosebumps. I wish they had remastered this as the soundtrack for HD. Nintendo are, hands down, the best at orchestral soundtracks.
what is so nostalgic about the zelda series is that music from any game will relate to another game, so i played twilight princess and listening to wind waker is still cool
Litucino Platino woah mate skyward sword was orchestrated in the game this is just the 25th anniversary special but if windwakers was orchestrated in game I would love it even more
You want a story about a kid beating the big bully? Play Oot. You want a dark story about fighting for the dawn of another day? Play MM. You want a story about finishing what your ancestor started? Plat TP You want a story about growing up, exploring, and coming of age? Well you've come to the right song, young Hero of Wind.
4:45 Is orchestrated nostalgia in a bottle. AND I GOT TO KEEP THE BOTTLE! Seriously, this is easily one of the most nostalgic songs I've ever heard. So many gems in one piece!
:( I sadly never got to here it. Beat the game, final cut scene and game corrupted. Went back in and only had 2 Triforce Shards :( but yeah true so amazing :)
If the Movie industry were to make a Zelda Movie...DONT TOUCH WIND WAKER...unless of course it will actually be good. Okay, if the Movie Industry knew how to make a GOOD Zelda movie, base it off of wind waker
The ocean theme of Wind Waker is the most memorable. When I sail a ship in other games with no music present, the ocean theme automatically plays in my mind...
i could really care either but i can understand where they are coming from this game was special to me too, i think every zelda game is special, something about them, you kind of feel lost for a couple days after you finish them.
Video games have the power to change someone. It's like saying, "Oh, it was a life-changing experience for me when I read 'The Outsiders'," or "Oh, it was a life changing experience for me when I watched 'Shawshank Redemption'." Video games aren't just 8-bit games built just for gameplay anymore, they can be life-changing.
I just think its a little bit depressing that when i was to listen to the soundtrack from one of my favourite games ever i have to see all these sad comments its like ohh great now when i think of this song i will just remember that.
I was hoping they would have done that with Ocarina of Time 3D, but they just added the orchestrated music to the credits. Nice that it was in the game, but I wish Gerudo valley was orchestrated (with that FINE Spanish guitar!).
Jack Soslow I know you asked this quite a bit ago, but since no one answered, here you go: 0:00 - "The Legendary Hero" 0:49 - "Outset Island" 2:14 - "The Great Sea" interlude 2:29 - Interlude (with hints of "Aryll's Theme") 2:46 - "Departure" 3:06 - "Pirates" 4:09 - "Aryll's Theme" 4:25 - More interlude (not a Wind Waker piece as far as I can tell) 4:46 - "The Great Sea" 6:04 - The Title Theme from A Link to the Past. Not from Wind Waker as far as I know. 6:19 - Zelda main theme 6:44 - "Hero of the Wind" 7:34 - "Ganondorf Battle" 9:13 - "Staff Roll"
