One girl in a stable was talking about skyloft, she said: *Do you belive that a long time ago people used to live in the sky?* And *Good kids can see the kingdom in the sky!* Also the cucco side quest is a reference to the cucco quest in ocarina of time

here's some references i haven't seen featured anywhere: in gerudo town, you can ride across the desert using sand seals, which are essentially walruses with funky hair. i think that might be a reference to the walrus in link's awakening that blocks the entrance to yarna desert (and there's even a place in the gerudo region called yarna valley, but that's unrelated to the easter egg itself) another one i saw someone mentioning in a comment section was the flowers around the master sword. in botw, there are two silent princesses left of the master sword, and one to the right. the exact same pattern can be found next to the master sword in a link to the past (even though they're slightly shifted to the right) a sad fact: register a horse and call it epona, then take it out on a ride and park it in some random corner of the map. go to the ranch ruins afterwards. there, try to whistle (to call your horse), and since it's far away from you, the text "it seems epona couldn't hear your call..." will appear. in the ruins of lon lon ranch. where link first meets and befriends epona in oot. it's kinda depressing

A beautiful moment for me was climbing satori mountain, then realizing that it sounded like "Satoru" then seeing the peaceful pond with a single cherry blossom. Legit almost cried. That man was a legend.

One easter egg I noticed was with the divine beasts names. Vah Medoh sounds similar to Medley, Vah Ruta sounds similar to Ruto, Vah Naboris sounds similar to Nabooru, and Va Rudania sounds similar and can also be respelled as Darunia.

I found a metal gear solid 2 reference. As I was exciting the great fairy fountain near kakariko village, heading towards lanayru Road, one of the ninjas was waiting in the middle of the road in disguise. When I spoke to him, he basically said the line from when colonel is going crazy. He said about an "orange orb floating on the sky, then when he woke up, he was in bed sweating. What do you think that means?" then turns into the ninja and attacks me.

7:20 Just as another note; Wolf Link will carry over with the remaining heart you had from the dungeon of shadow in Twilight Princess HD. Example; my Wolf has the full 20 hearts (took me forever getting through the trail perfectly.

There's a hidden picture in the dry grass behind hateno lab once you cut it down. I can't make out what it is though. Probably needs to be run through some kind of filter. If anybody can figure it out, let me know.

Really subtle but cool reference is in gurodo town. At the bar area you can ask the bar keep after deafening the divine beast "how about milk" which is a refresher to all the bars in the previous games being milk bars

I'd like to point out that there are two locations before reaching the Lost Woods that are named with "Minshi" and "Pico". They're probably a reference to Minish Cap, which is just amazing. This game is amazing.

The names of most locations in breath of the wild is more emotional than the story ffs. "Oh! Linebeck Island!" *Finds the place instantly* "Huh? No Linebeck :'(" Same with Tingle Island and so on. Then we see that the ranch and the temple is in ruins and you're like "Oh no! What!?" Then the most heartbreaking was the way Nathan pronounced Sheikah tower xD

Am I seriously the only one who actually noticed the windwaker reference in the village where you meet Impa? (At least I think it's that village) So, if you have the game, in that village there are 2 women talking (or aka gossiping) And they shoo you off right? I realized that's a reference to 2 women in Windwaker who shoo you off as well, on the island where you get bombs.

Discovered a possible cool easter egg to the Earth Temple from Skyward Sword. As we know the Spring of Power is at the end of the Earth Temple, and that temple was placed below the ground near death mountain. That same Spring of Power is in Breath of the Wild. Exiting the Spring of Power, walking away from the statue (in BotW), you see that there is a quarry named "Ordorac Quarry". At the end of the Earth Temple where the boss fight takes place, there is a large slope which leads up the the Spring of Power. My theory is that the Earth Temple (now thousands of years old) is now submerged and filled with rocks, but the spring of power is still intact as people go there to pray to the goddess. Yet people have heard of this temple and have started to dig around the Spring of Power to find the Earth Temple in the place of Ordorac Quarry. This may be far-fetched but this would be cool if it were true.

It's really mostly an Easter Egg though. Ocarina of Time took place way over 10.000 years ago (Spoiler: zora's domain has plates that talk about Ruto as a princess that lived way before the creation of the divine beasts), so the Malon, Talon etc. that we know are long dead before it got destroyed. ....Or it was their reincarnations that got murdered, who knows?

Near the ruins of the temple of time is a small Lake. In the middle of the lake, there is a small island with a stone and a sword stucked in the stone, which i think, is a reference to the Master Sword.

if you look at the map of Twilight princess compared to breath of the wild, they're actually pretty similar. consider that both the wii and GameCube had their limitations, but you can assume that the intent was that when you left one area to another, there was a journey you didn't see. so the official map of tp wasn't necessarily to scale in terms of distance. with that in mind, looking at each area (death mountain, zora's domain, lake hylia, etc.) around hyrule castle they actually go in the same order as in botw, only the map is rotated about 90 degrees. in addition, the four major bosses and the guardians seem to fit pretty well with both the twilight realm and the sky area of tp, which also seems to match the general theme in ancient structures. take that with the clear homage to the original games in one split timeline, the fact that most of the geography seems to have been made by water erosion (wind waker), and the map looking similar to twilight princess and there's a convincing argument that this game takes place at a point where the time lines inevitably converge due to Ganon's rage

There's a secret in the Taobab grasslands or something like that (it's hard to pronounce) that gives you ganons horse wich is 5 times bigger then a regular horse,no grass chopping,shrine completed or offerings,just find him holding a "horse conferences and the only thing you need is,like,a TON of stamina or elixirs,that's the horse that Links riding on the back of the cover for the game!

Actually "The Hyrule Fantasy" was the main title of the first game, since they tought about telling different stories that could not have a Princess Zelda in the series. But then they made a excuse for there being lots of princesses Zeldas on the second game.

Every easter egg video I watch no one seems to have paid attention to one thing in the story that I find to be an easter egg and a funny one at that. SPOILER WARNING IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN THIS PART OF THE STORY! Mipha, the Zora champion, who is also a princess, seems to have a thing for Link. Gee, when has that happened before? Ocarina of Time's ZORA PRINCESS Ruto also had a thing for the Link of that game. Coincidence? I think not.

Really? In what other Zelda game besides OoT and BotW does the Zora Princess have a thing for Link? Or did you mean they have references back to OoT other than that in every game? Because I mean, all LoZ games have major similarities (duh) but, for me anyway, the references back to OoT are usually waaaaaay less obvious than this. This one though, it practically roundhouse kicks you in the face and makes it's presence known immediately. xD
