Zelda GHOST Pokemon! 

I like the detail that the Gastly line weighs differently according to the amount of bones they have (Haunter being lighter than Gastly because it only have two hands as opposed to a full cranium). And I love how Rapidash turns into Phantasmare! You did justice to Ganondorf's dark steed!

Skull Kid is my favorite videogame villain, so seeing the Majora form of Hyrulean Yamask and Marorigus makes me really happy; I love that line. And the way you adapted the Poes is awesome. You really nailed these Phantom Pokemon

I really like how you make quality videos, it definitely makes your videos seem extremely professional. As I said before, your drawing style is also very unique and makes this even more interesting. I really like Yamask and Pokai. They both are quite interesting. Phantasmare has to be my favorite of these though, it's really unique, and the reference to Ganon's horse and the thoughts of it being a reincarnation is actually really cool.

I was wondering how you'd handle the ponyta line, since it's the most recognized horse line and zelda has a lot of horse importance. Instead of making it literally Epona, you gave it its own character. Speaking of Epona, I'm guessing the final evolution will be a split one where there's also the Hero Steed which is effectively Epona

I'd like to see what you could do with castforms. Maybe combine castforms with wizzrobes? Sunny form for fire or desert, snowy form for icy blizzrobes, and a rainy/stormy form for electric ones.

Oooh I like these ones ! Huge fan of the Pokai lines. I like the twist of making Ganondorf's horse be a final evolution to Ponyta quite a lot, too, and turning it into this sandstorm ghost is really neat ! Digging the new style too.

These are amazing Pokémon, but I'm very surprised that we didn't see one of the most iconic ghostly monsters of Hyrule, the re-dead's. I hope we see them in a future episode.

I think hyrulian yamask should evolve by passing three in-game days having your entire team fainted but yamask, then level up 1 level and it evolves

IVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS AND I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED I LOVED ALL OF THEM majorigus is simply majora's first phase yet looks so good, stalantom is awesome and terrifying, and Epona Rapidash and phantasmare have to be the coolest looking split evolution (I'm guessing) that I've seen 10/10 across the board also I loved that you didn't tell us anything but the base info that's just beautiful for ghost/phantom type

Okay, speculation time: Yamask: Just waiting three days may be too obvious. The phase of the moon may have some bearing on the matter, or you may need to have a moon-themed Pokémon in your party. Any chance Hyrulian Lunatone exists? Pokai: I'm going to go out on a limb and say that you need to give the little guy souls to burn. Whether there's more to it than just defeating encounters with the Pokai, I can't say for certain. Gastly: I'm guessing evolving Haunter works normally, but with Stalantom, I imagine there needs to be some other trigger. Maybe environmental, e.g. level it up in a graveyard or other place steeped in death? Ponyta: Similar to Gastly, I presume. First stage works as before, but I could see Rapidash having a _lot_ of possible responses to its environment, or maybe even Link's equipment. Heck, maybe you don't encounter catchable Phantasmares until after encountering someone already astride one...

I feel like the lantern bursting into flames is the souls Infernsol has captured, desperately trying to break free.

I certainly didn’t expect such twists with the Rapidash and Gengar lines, very cool! As for how Rapidash can become such a fearsome Pokémon to the Gerudo Tribe, I can only guess it has to do with how Ganondorf comes back after being defeated (depending on the Zelda timeline): a Rapidash fainting in the desert region and then revived!

I feel like a cool way for Yamask Majora Form to evolve would be for the Yamask to level up and then for the player to black out in the same battle. When the player heals their Pokémon at the Pokémon center (or whatever that is in Hyrule) then Yamask would evolve.

So I just thought of this after seeing Hyrulean Yamask. In the span of three days (in-game days) after catching Yamask, you must defeat four different Pokémon with the following types: Forest, Fire, Water, and Hyrule. They must be knocked out by Yamask. Defeating the Pokémon gives you items based on their types, these items being masks. After obtaining all four masks, they merge into Majora's Mask. Now level Yamask up at night while it holds Majora's Mask with all other Pokémon in your party fainted. It will then evolve. I love all the artwork, you're doing amazing! :D

Incredible! This video was well worth the wait! The big reveal of all those Phantom-Types especially gave me chills, especially Majorigus and Stalantom! I'll try and speculate a little. Yamask's evolution should certainly involve the three days you mentioned, though I'm not sure how that would work. As for rapidash, it would be cool if it evolved after fainting in the gerudo desert, justifying it's ghost type it gains as it effectively died in the land of ganondorf.

I did NOT expect to see Bionicle show up here! Mystery is definitely a word I'd associate with it. Man, it's the best.

I could see the rapidash evolution being like shedninja except instead of needing to reach level twenty while there's a spare slot in the party you have to black out at the right level/time of day and when you see your steed again it's been spookified!

Here are my guesses: Yamask evolves by leveling up with a very low friendship level Pokai evolves after defeating a certain number of other Phantom-types, since it's a soul collector Gastly and Hautner evolve after a certain level when leveling up in a graveyard or similar area Ponyta is tricky, but I'm going to say it's item-based; maybe after battling with a specific held item enough times? Great video!

I like how Infernsol’s face and cloak are reminiscent of the Poe collector from ocarina of time. Their design is strangely one of the more unsettling designs in the franchise for me.

The Yamask line is so haunting and terrifying. Electric type might be my favorite just because Ampharos is my top favorite Pokemon, but I LOVE Ghost types too.

I was about to say that making Majora's Mask a common Pokémon would weaken its impact, but you completely blew me away with that "different masks" idea. From a completionist viewpoint, it brings back memories of Unown, Spinda, and Vivillon. From a competitive viewpoint, having a Pokemon with varied stats and abilities depending of its mask sounds very exciting too. What a brilliant concept! Also, if I erased the past 25 years from my mind, your Stalantom is honestly a more logical evolution of Haunter than Gengar.

Awesome work as always! Your videos helped me start working on my own sort of Zelda-inspired project, and it’s great to see what cool stuff you and everyone are coming up with. Keep up the great work!

The new types look phenomenal! The color change helped a lot in making them easier to read in a lot of cases and while more complex than most Pokémon type symbols they are still very clear in what they’re trying to represent ^-^ great job!!

Every single one of the new phantom types are amazing. It's hard to choose which one is my favorite. Since ghost types are my favorite, I am naturally inclined to love the phantom types. Excellent work.

I absolutely love the idea of having the ghost type pokemon surrounded in mystery! And as for my ideas on how to evolve them, assuming they aren't just a regular 'level up to evolve' pokemon. Yamask would evolve when it had a moon stone used on it, because of Majorigus' pokedex entry line "This pokemon is said to have wold ending power when working with the moon pokemon" so i believe that it initially coming into contact with a moon stone should be what allows it to evolve into Majorigus in the first place. Pokai i think should either have a normal level up evolution, or to give it some spice, make it so it needs to have fainted a certain amount of pokemon to match it's theme of searching for more souls, meaning you couldn't use an exp share or swap out training to evolve this pokemon. To evolve Haunter into Stalantom, i think it'd be fun to play into the kind of pokemon it is, so as Haunter is the bone collector pokemon, maybe you need to trade it while it is holding the rare bone item (an item that has currently no purpose other than being sold from my understanding), or maybe it could play into Stalantom being the resurrection pokemon, meaning that it will eventually evolve at a certain level, but it will only evolve if it is fainted and a revive is used on it. Phantasmare is the only pokemon i am a bit puzzled about, it could be done where you need to level it up in a specific place in the map like Runerigus, Leafeon, or Glaceon, but other than that i haven't got many ideas for it. Overall i love all of these new ghost pokemon and can't wait to see what methods are actually used to evolve them, keep up the amazing work and i look forward to your next video!

Infernsol design is FIRE, no pun intended. I'm in pure awe. Stalantom is also an excellent variation that perfectly encapsulate the Zelda boss it's inspired by, just with a more ghosty touch^^ I really like those designs, and my imagination is already going wild about the Yamask lineup. Would there be a Mask salesman who is obsessed with Yamasks and can be found in every town, keeping track of the different Yamasks you encounter/capture, and you get a special reward if you find them all? And, the Gerudo steed... with the lore in it, and the fact the type is "Phantom"... I wonder if the Demon King has other incarnations among other types... I would imagine the answer is a "maybe..................." lol

Gonna make a guess off of these guys Yamask evolves by friendship, I'm guessing that because between majora and skull kid there was a theme of friendship and loneliness so I feel like evolving it with friendship and helping it overcome the darkness would be a cool idea Pokai I feel like is gonna be something like Wydeer or Anihlilape where it has to use a move a certain amount of times Gastly I feel like would be a level up into haunter and then having to evolve haunter in a specific location something like Ikana Valley's graveyard from Majora's Mask Ponyta I don't know thou maybe something like haunter Side note I think I may like your haunter evolution more than Gengar it looks way cooler keeps the whispy look of the preevolutions

One of my favorite things to do to this day is to jump into something with little to no details only using my Gut to judge if I’ll enjoy myself. Did it with arcane and i don’t regret it. Favorite show that year and top ones of all time. I loved that as a kid, the world house, more mysterious because I didn’t have access to people or websites intricately analyzing and breaking apart everything. I loved watching movies like Coraline with no context. Or just stumbling into new experiences everyday.

For the Yamask, I think it should evolve only after being in your party for 3 or more days and then reaching a certain level, like 33 or something. For the Rapidash, what if it had to faint and then level up after having a revive used on it? I think that’d be cool!

But thanks to your desire to create mystery I thought that maybe you do something very cool and combine it with the silent princess, an armor possessed by a flower.. AAAh!!! I can only assume Majora Yamask evolves at night- maybe under a blood moon? Infernos evolves after killing a certain amount of phantom types, like how you collect Po Souls in game- even resembles that shop keeper in OOT Stalantom evolves in the desert(Resembles Stal Lord) or in a graveyard

I think Ponyta could evolve into Phantasmare if it faints in battle while in the gerudo desert. That´d be a pretty cool idea. And for Haunter into Stalantom it could be to give it to a random NPC while holding a rare bone. And then the Haunter evolves and the guy gets scared and runs away. Leaving you with not only your Pokémon, but also the one you were gonna trade it for.

I remember my first game of Zelda being twilight princess, and being honestly really terrified of the shadow beasts and even just the twlit realm ost, but over the years, I truly fell in love with the game.

Best spooks here! I also show my friend these because they love Pokémon, sadly they aren’t much as a Zelda fan as we are. Though they like some of the designs you made especially your Pikachu clone for this! I also had a thought for Link caring for a Ponyta since you designed it has Epona and then from the caring would evolve into Rapidash so Link could travel across the world faster. I love the creations you make, and I’m also hoping for some good stuff in the future. Keep it up and I can’t wait for possible legendary Pokémon you’ll design!

I think this would be a unique idea by adding Kang the Conqueror in there as one of the reasons why Pokémon and Zelda collided. Like a secret boss after Ganon. I would like to see why two universes collided and adding someone out of this world like Kang would be cool. I know it’s Marvel and it’s random, but it would be cool to see why Pokémon and Zelda universe collided. That’s just me though! Please don’t hate :)

You might want to add on 50 kg on the Rapidash in the dex entry. A Shetland pony is smaller but can weigh more than twice as much as your Rapidash (120-200 kg, compared to 95kg). When you put so much detail in the Gastly/Haunter weight (skull being heavier than hands) I think that a proper horse weight should fit Rapidash too, especially if it is managing to be ridden. The weight gives the horse enough muscles to by able to carry a human.

This is such a fantastic video through and through. Both the presentation and the framing of the fakemon in mystery. I know there have been a few "this pokemon is the deceased siprit of X" but I would LOVE to see that reflected in actual gameplay. My immediate thought upon seeing Phantasmare, as horrible as it is, is that a Level 40 Ponyta that faints while in a desert area would evolve to Phantasmare. Maybe a tad dark to really think about but I've always wanted to see that kind of mechanic reflected in gameplay. The others are great and while I thought I would love anything related to Majora's Mask the most, Pokai stole the win for me. such a great design.

I just finished Majora's Mask on the N64 online today so its fresh in the mind. BST time, also let me know if I'm doing these Battle Abilities right cause I believe you said that they also help while out adventuring with Link, if so I would also need to make an effect outside of battling. Majorigus Battle Ability- Remains- Similar to Perish Body, only difference is ONLY the opposing pokemon will perish UNLESS Majorigus is knocked out. Hp- 89 Atk- 105 Def- 30 SpAtk- 110 SpDef- 70 Spd- 121 Infernsol Battle Ability- Soul Furnace- When hit by a Phantom move, it will absorb it and make its next Fire move stronger by 1.5x. Phantom Immunity. Hp- 123 Atk- 27 Def- 95 SpAtk- 125 SpDef- 95 Spd- 60 Stalantom Battle Ability- Resurrect- If Stalantom defeats an opponent it will takes it's bones and make a substitute for itself, 1/4 of Stalantom's max health. Hp- 55 Atk- 140 Def- 55 SpAtk- 140 SpDef- 55 Spd- 80 Phantasmare Battle Ability- Desert's Wrath- When a sandstorm is on the field, it gains a +1 to its Attack and Speed Hp- 85 Atk- 110 Def- 90 SpAtk- 15 SpDef- 105 Spd- 120

Now these are some awesome' mons! Well worth the wait for so many new designs, and I love the new type icons. I was somewhat concerned when Hyrulian Gastly appears b/c I agree that making a regional Gengar would be challenging to make as iconic, but I love Stalantom as its own Pokemon. The designs and poses for these guys, too, are amazing. Can't wait to see more Yamask variations, and maybe you could even collect masks as items to give them that could even change their type? Would love to see a Keese Pokemon, though I think you can do something more than just regional Zubat. Loving the project so far. Told you it would blow up.

Ghost types are my favorite types in Pokémon, and I've always had a fascination with the Spirits in the Zelda. These designs are amazing and perfectly capture what I like about these two aspects of both series. I'd love to see a Death Sword-Inspired Phantom/Warrior type, or something reminiscent of the Aliens from Majora's Mask. Otherwise, still doing incredible work. Still looking forward to the future of this project!
