Everyone’s telling it to ya Bill, but don’t end it your channel or yourself-your videos are genuinely very entertaining and really help me get through the mundane-ness of life. You mentioned struggling to find a job, have you tried door dashing? it could give you a couple bucks to keep you afloat for a bit-if you know how to ride and own a bicycle, you could try to door dash and bike, which would be your daily exercise besides Zelda randos. Keep up the awesome work, dude!!!
I think live streaming on Friday or Saturday would be a cool way to do more randomizers, make them more fun for you and ideally make you a bit more money
Live streaming also allows for people to gift memberships on RU-vid. That, or scheduling video premieres. Those are the only ways memberships can be gifted. It could help other users see all the work Bill has put into videos over the last month!
In all of the recent randomizers, I was waiting for the Tommy Boy "Richard" gag to resurface. Tommy Boy is certainly one of my favorite buddy comedy movies.
hey bill i’ve watched you for quite some time now although i was never into any of your personal issues unless you spoke on them nonetheless i never have nor will i judge you for we are all sentient beings. i know it sounds easier said than done but please i beg of you one of the best things you can do for yourself is to stop caring what people think… please it doesn’t do you any good let people think or believe what they will. no matter what you say or do will change otherwise as people have preconceived notions of someone they watch over youtube and those that personally do know you cannot speak to who you are. as you know who you are. energy will be spent regardless.. i have found negative energy is more suffocating and exhausting… now im not saying be positive but take a step back and breath learn to be in the present and remind yourself to be grateful for what is and know what you can and cannot change and be at peace with it. negative energy is exhausting don’t continue to let it get the best of you so many people are miserable and will do anything to spread it to others for any little reason.. you are awesome bill and i love your OoT/MM randomizers and throughout previous years i’ve found myself sitting watching as i okay my things and hearing you just speak on life shows that you are capable of venting we may not always speak back but just a reminder that there are those out there that enjoy your presence here and appreciate you for who you are. 🙏🏻 i may be a stranger bill but i have always enjoyed your randomizers and your dialogue throughout them. you are a good man bill don’t allow this wretched world tear you down. 🥲
How I deal with lack of closure is by remembering past misses that used to feel so real and insurmountable, that I will hardly think of now. Time kinda acts like its own closure machine. It's not super helpful for like, actually "fixing" things, but moving on helps more than lurking around with the feeling.
Ive commented before but i figure ill share again, im a little older than you Bill at 37, i have no kids, single, recovering alcohol whos lost friends and family that i know for a fact wont ever come back, I never went to school, never thought of a future, i thought I would have been dead by now. After locking myself in a rehab center and got clean I have no idea what I'm doing or what Im living for. I wish I could tell you it gets better, or if i had some secret remedy to cure depression and anxiety but i dont, but just know that there are others out there including myself who are where youre at in life and that i understand. Youre not alone in this my friend, and to be frank you do something i cant, you bring joy to a lot of people here, never forget that
Based on the strength of their libraries, SNES is the better console, but the N64 will always be my favorite. I call it my "puberty console" because I was in those coming of age years when it was new, and I was anticipating every major release. The memories I have of experiencing those games for the first time are still super vivid.
I love the SNES and have all the games, N64 was my console at 8ish and on, I love the N64 more for what I got out of it. The SNES games just aren't as in depth.
N64 doesn’t have many heavy hitters other than MM, OoT, and Mario 64. Obviously there are other good games but in reality those three are the ones you think about right away. And even though I’d argue that those three games combined are better than the entire Super Nintendo catalogue, the snes library truly cannot be beat. They’ve got so many amazing RPGS, A Link to The Past, Super Mario World, and Starfox

Just wanted to put this out there. My aunt didn't find her person until she was 50. She had dated a lot up until that point and never found the person she wanted to spend her life with. She finally met him a few weeks after her 50th and they've been together for the last 16 years. My wife's grandma died at 65 very unexpectedly. Her grandpa met someone 4 years later and they were together until he passed away at 90. My brother job hopped from highschool until he was 30. He took a job at a friend's company as an electrician apprentice and 5 years later he's still doing that job and loving it. It's never too late, man.

By the time you've reached the point where the other person won't even listen to you anymore, it no longer matters what you have to say because you're simply too incompatible. All you can do is try to understand any mistakes the both of you made in the relationship so that you can avoid repeating them in the future and then try to move on. But one thing that will cause you to perpetually dwell on failed relationships is the belief that you won't find anyone else. Anyone who has been in a rut knows what it's like to feel that way, but it's something you gotta move past. The world is full of perfectly ordinary, very flawed people who are in relationships. They're not any more special or charming than you. There's no secret sauce. You just need to put yourself out there and meet people. 40 is still young. Life expectancy is over 80 for many people, so thats not even the halfway point. My brother graduated college alongside people who were grayed and grandparents. There's no objective failure or running out of time for the life you want. The only time you run out of time for sure is when you cut it short. There's always another day to try something new or try something old again and pursue something you want from existence. You can't give up or count yourself out. There's no correct timeline for when people are supposed to do things by or any objective best life goals to even have.

You mentioned Thailand in a previous seed. I’ve also heard wonderful things about it. I’d say, it’s worth trying to live somewhere else before calling it quits in the USA. I think the fact is there’s a lot more to life than what USA has to offer

I gotta say Bill there’s nothing wrong with living with family for as long as possible especially in today’s world. Also for a job if you can handle it get into construction and join a union. Schooling gets paid for and I believe they’ll pay you to do the schooling to. I did it and went from 14/hr to 40. I did luck out really hard I won’t lie
Hey man, don't burn yourself out with these. If you need the views that Zelda garners you, why not try out a different game like Breath of the Wild or Tears of the Kingdom? I'm sure your fans would love watching you wander off wherever you want, building all sorts of cool stuff. It would give you a much needed break from these randomizers. You could always try out different randomizers, too; Super Mario 64, Donkey Kong 64, Pokemon RSE/FRLG... tons of other games have randomizers now, you don't have to drive yourself mad with Zelda. I'm not big on commenting on videos, but I've been watching this channel for many years and it's hard seeing you like this. Cheers, Bill

I absolutely love these videos. Randomizers are personally my favorite. The longer videos are what I like to watch. I work from home so I will usually just have these on in the background just to have something going, but also because I love your commentary. Very real. I’m no expert on RU-vid, but I think the channel would get more views if you had longer videos that show the games in their entirety like the randomizers. Or, if broken up into parts, they should be in order. For example, it’s hard to commit to binge watching a channel if it’s part 1 of one game series, and the next video is part 12 of a different series. That’s just my personal preference. Also, if there was more humor and goofiness, I’d watch like crazy. I originally subscribed because your jokes had me dying, and I binged these randomizers. The opening of this brought me back to why I subscribed. Goofy as anything and it just gave a great feeling. Life can be crappy, but letting loose while watching these videos helps a lot. You’re the man Bill. Thanks for all you do.
@@AuntJemimanumber1 The playlists section of my channel is highly organized, and every game goes in chronological order. Nothing goes from part 1 to part 12; That means you're just clicking the auto suggestions on the sidebar or after a video ends. RU-vid is a mess. I do what I can to organize it. Best I can suggest is to actually click the channel page, and most of all, look at the "show all" tab of the playlists.
To be honest I fully get were ya coming from about un-aliving ones self but hey honestly still living simply out of spite, And bill I'm glad your still here you content really helps, and I still remember the first video of yours I watch, Zelda twilight princess 😊

Why did they just use the actual gerudo voice? When you are freeing the carpenters the gerudo you have to fight has voice samples.. right or am I thinking of Majora's mask God now I have check Edit ok I checked so I was thinking of Majora. When she swings she yells alot. Oot the gerudo does have a couple samples. When you hit her she goes Ahhh! She has a breathing sample and she does yell when she swings but yeah probably wouldn't sound very good. I do think the Majora's mask gerudo voices would have worked way better than Ruto does.
Bill, I know it is easier said than done. My advice for you: go to the gym lol but in all seriouness, stop worrying about what other people think, or how successful they are or how much money they have/make. That does not define you as person. At the end of the day those things don't actually matter. Of course you need money but as long as it's enough to get by, you're good. And then build from the ground up. You said you are 36. I'm 32 and I probably make 1/10 the money my friends do. I recently got fired from the company I worked since I was a teenager. I haven't graduated yet. Lots of "wrong" decisions in my life but I can only move forward. About your channel, you should stream these randos and juat upload them, no editing whatsoever. Do it once a week maybe, get your patreon back, invest in it. Your voice is soothing and your gameplay is smooth. I wish you all the best my friend

Talking about suicide isn't taboo, no, but I'm kind of dumbfounded that you can say so casually that that's how you plan to go out. Do you--this is not a rhetorical question--even care that that bothers people? I WISH I could be like my dad and think that the more you say it, the less serious you are about it, but I take sh*t as little more seriously than he does, and yes, I did go running to him for emotional support when I thought you were going to off yourself at the start of the summer. Edit: Who's your support group? It's clearly not us, if you're saying it's terrible, because I tried to get ahold of you no fewer than twenty times the night I thought you were going to off yourself earlier this summer. If you're talking about us, you can feel free to re-phrase that, because you made Woody all depressed, you made me kinda nuts, and Discord blocked Turock for the amount of posts he was making. I think. He told me he couldn't get on the main server, anyway, and he was NOT in with the asshole contingent who were causing all the problems.

Get rid of those Abrahamic ideas of good and evil when applied to this concept: Yin and Yang are JUST opposites. @ActiveAdvocate1 I understand, I lost a friend because I actually didn't answer my phone in time for someone. I was working, SAW THE CALL.....(yeah it stays in my mind), and couldn't answer. If I had known, I wouldn't have even been at work, I would have been with him. I also lost my father to cirrhosis. So I know the unconditional love for someone who won't love themselves. My friend mentioned earlier was not even my first friend to fall victim to suicide. But my friends did not have an internet platform full of parasocial love and support for them. I am also just a person who is hurt seeing someone else hurt. It sucks to see the cycle from the outside and the person inside doesn't realize they can step out of it. I've also recently begun my journey of betterment. He doesnt want the help, I get that. But over and over. It's imagining the worst just so it will happen. When you can just open your eyes and see it how it is. Good and bad! Life isn't all decay! I thought it was, and that sentence is one that has helped me snap out of it. It starts with a little bit of hope. He must have some left to post more videos. I 'hope' he uses his own hope. People need each other, even if sometimes it's only an internet connection.
@@wynteranju , I did invite him up here to Canada. Hell, I even drove through his state on the way to Florida this past February, so I even know what highway he'd have to take. But I don't know: to separate oneself from home is a drastic step. It just seems like he's caught in a continuous loop and can't see the way out, like a snake chasing its own tail, but, of course, can't catch it, and it would only hurt if it DID bite its own tail. He's the only one who knows his own way out, though. No one else can point it out to him, because the only way OUT is IN. Even if he did move up here for a change, he'd still bring himself with him, because you're never without yourself. So the only way out is in. Like I say, guy's tried every drug under the sun. To say "Have you tried meditation?" seems VERY cliche, but...I'd ask if I thought he'd pay attention. I'm so sorry about your friends. TO MY KNOWLEDGE, I've never lost anyone to suicide. There was one death in the family that was kind of ambiguous, but most signs point to it not being suicide. At least with the person I lost most recently, I was with her. Cancer. Nothing they could do. And it never does stop hurting, a fact of which I'm sure you're aware. But hurting is human, thank God.
@ActiveAdvocate1 the only way out is in 🫶 I love that. I would rather no commentary rando than the suicide subject every time. It isn't taboo, and it should hurt to talk about, so him being casual as if talking like this at your job wouldn't call for concern, is so frustrating. I'm so glad to see the care you have for him. I don't expect anything out of him since I am just a viewer... but I hope many good things for him, even if only one good thing happens at a time.
PS: I have HEARD--and do not try this at home or anywhere else--about people going without food or water for an entire lunar cycle, which is 28 or 29 days, depending on the month. I'm not talking about Ramadan when they'll eat when the sun goes down. I mean literally NOTHING by mouth for 28/29 days. It was, and might still be, a sweat lodge thing, supposedly. I don't know if that's true, though, so PLEASE don't take my word for this on a culture that isn't mine. I am definitely not Indigenous.
