According to the report the TU-22 had an engine fire on deck. They lost altitude and went into a low spiral (Flat spin) a kind of stall when there's no longer lift on the wings and impossible to get out of it. Ah, now I understand the difference to the previous Iris-T and Patriot air defense systems from Germany. Until now, Germans have been in Ukraine as instructors and taught the Ukrainians how to maintain and operate these high-tech air defense systems. That didn't work well because these systems are very complex. In the new deliveries of Patriots from Germany, the maintenance crews and the operating team are Bundeswehr soldiers. So that was one of the provisions of the "mutual assistance agreement" between Germany and Ukraine. Now every destruction of Iris-T and Patriots in the future will be a victory against regular Bundeswehr soldiers. I admire the patience of the Russians. That is normally a casus belli.

Russia needs to take all of Ukraine and give all the farm land back to the farmers of Ukraine like it was in the past.

Considering where Tu-22 has fallen, there's practically no chance it was a deed of Ukraine. Unless they managed to sneak up to it before the flight and damage the engine somehow.
