Four explosions were reported near Russia’s Belbek air base in Crimea’s Sevastopol, was used to attack Ukraine. The Sevastopol Governor claims Russian air defence weapons intercepted a Ukrainian drone near the Belbek air base. Media reports claim several explosions were heard in Kerch in the Russian-occupied Crimea.
Turkish President Erdogan has reportedly urged Kyiv and Moscow to return to the parameters of March talks in Istanbul. Zelensky has said that negotiations with the Kremlin are possible only if Russian troops leave his country. Meanwhile, the Biden administration is reportedly preparing to unveil another $800 million in military aid to Ukraine.

Maybe I'm a dummy.... But.... Why was Russia so foolish? Are you saying UK tricked Russia into wasting an expensive missile on what was just a weenie drone? Are Russian's supposed to know... Oh, no fear, it's just a harmless drone? Why wouldn't they shoot down anything the see on radar with all they've got? Russia is a communist state that milks their slaves, or populous, endlessly. When it comes to arms, that's one area Russian high command isn't cheap with. They just keep making more. But what would be foolish would be to underestimate something seen on radar. So.... to your first point.... and while Russia sucks... I don't blame them for firing expensive rockets at anything moving on a radar screen. I guess the Ukrainian Army had to prove itself first that it is not running away from the enemy like the Afghan Army did less than a year ago. Ukraine is not the only trouble spot for the USA. The modern war equipment from the West should not fall into the hands of the eastern enemy bloc, so that China, for example, does not have an easy chance to copy it.

Peace with Ukraine is quite simple for Russia; 1. Withdraw from all Ukrainian occupied territory 2. Apologise, admit fault and pledge non-aggression 3. Pay war reparations to compensate and rebuild Ukraine 4. Surrender all those accused of war crimes to trial in the International Court at the Hague Peace with Europe and the West is a separate issue, even though it only exists in the form of a new Cold War, a new Iron Curtain, a new arms race, sanctions, boycotts and isolation of Russia. Trust has been broken, nuclear threats made, all trade and business has or is ceasing, investment and technology transfer has ceased, co-operation and collaboration has ceased. It is extremely difficult to see a Russian-Ukraine peace having significant effect on this, things are very unlikely to return "normal" or pre-2014 status of vibrant trade and business, mutual peace and prosperity. Russia destroyed that! It is most likely Russia will endure being isolated and reviled for a generation until memories of its barbarity and inhumanity dull and fade. Still no-one in the West cares about Russia, it can remain isolated as a terrorist pariah state, ignored and watched as it fades into minor country status as Ukraine joins European prosperity and development, China grows in power and reclaims the Far East of Russia.

@@panzerblitz2140 I cannot say this for sure but those statistics might include bombers, military cargo aircraft, Electronic Warfare aircraft, Trainer aircraft, Radar Aircraft, Fuel tankers, Fighter, interceptors and many more basically aircrafts for wartime purposes, what needs to be looked at is interceptors, fighters and multirole aircraft, as of 2017 72% of their aircraft are operational and each year that percentage grew I am guessing around 90% or above of their aircrafts are operational by now.

2:08 - This is not true. Ukraine army was not able to repel the Russian offensive at Pisky. Of the towns mentioned, Pisky has been fully captured by Russian forces. Even pro-Ukraine live maps shows Pisky has been overrun by Russian troops. Ukrainian army failed miserably and lost hundreds of soldiers in Pisky.
