Zen Acrobatics is an approach to two paradoxical concepts: Zen and Acrobatics.
This paradox has been something that I think, play and practice with for most of my adult life. It became a source of tension, that effortlessly allows my mind to escape reality, and tap into something that feels 'more real'. The attempt of impossible awareness, the search for calm within the risk. It is common to say that the eye of the storm is a difficult place to arrive at but eventually, it is the most peaceful. Maybe that's what it's all about and maybe the storm is just a creature of my imagination.
With the passing years of sharing this paradox around the world with different backgrounds, nationalities and ages, I become confident that the gift of personal practice is a an effective contribution. Simply put, to make a space for people to work on themselves regardless of where they come from or where they're going. And this is essentially what Zen Acrobatics - an unusual space for practice.
