Clear as many Coals as you can in 50 matches
...aaand I have a lot to say about this one. First, this choice of an Eclipse feels rather arbitrary. In the main levels, there were no "clear Coals" requirement and no limit on the number of matches you can make. But also, this kind of Eclipse becomes tedious if you actually try to maximize your score. It's ridiculous how careful you need to be to avoid wasting matches. You could argue that patience is just part of the "skills" required to get high scores in this Eclipse, and I would agree with you. That's why I did enjoy spending over 45 minutes on Frugal Eclipse a while ago: it was the first time I had encountered this concept in an Eclipse. It was a discovery
That being said, the fact that Coals are what counts towards your final score implies a slightly different strategy for the final move, which is worth noting
As for how I did, I really wish I had at least 173 because I like this number, and I wasted 3 matches as well. But that was already tedious enough so I'm overall quite satisfied with this run. Also, for the final move, I went for a rather straightforward setup (which got me 13 Coals). I did not bother thinking hard to find some more intricate setup. Maybe some time later, if I find the motivation
