I get that the game has just launched, but I think Genshin had much cooler animations for their launch 5 stars, especially Diluc, Mona and Keqing. These ultimates look so simple and bland, with the focus being more on their weapons rather than the characters. The only ultimates I have liked so far is just Nicole and Billy′s. Maybe the wolf guy too, but that's about it. Not even the limited 5 star girls impressed me. I think I remember impressed by Miyabi from the beta back then she's not even present on launch. Overall, the animations are impressive and cutting edge but that's about it. The character writing fails to match up with their impressive animations and it shows.
The game has very boring animations, it’s strange to see it in the top downloads of apps, but damn it’s a downgrade even in comparison with Genshin, which was released 4 years ago, when a bunch of interesting open-world gachas are coming out this year, for example Wuthering Waves, Azure Promilia, they release this is a pity for people who eat this only because the company has a big name, and not because they release good games.
Lmao what. This guy huffing that copium hard. Genshin on release had even more boring animations. All the characters are locked to attack, charged attack, dive, E and Q, and a whole bunch of them had the exact same dive animation within their weapon types. The ult animations for most of the 5* characters on release day weren't even that interesting either.
