In an post-apocalyptic futuristic haven known as New Eridu, entities known as Ethereal have travelled out into the human world from portals called Hollows. The Ethereal have wreaked havoc on most of humanity, wiping most of them out. However, a select group of survivors have formed a bastion against the invaders called New Eridu, having survived the oncoming onslaught by extracting the Ethereal's technology and resources~

Took Hoyo ages to finally give us voiced protagonist. Which doesn't make sense considering the lead creative guy in charge said that they wanted to be as different as possible. To their siblings.

Didn’t expect to wake up and see this! What are your initial impressions on the game after playing for a bit? You seemed to be enjoying it during this first part. It’s definitely different from the other miHoYo games.

I haven't played a lot yet, so I think it's still a little early to form impressions, but the art style looks rather different in the game than the promotional material, so that's nice (I didn't like the art in the promotional stuff). I like how swift combat is. I'm just concerned that it might get repetitive after a while. We'll see!~

I didn't have any expectations going in the game because I never saw anything about it and wasn't really interested to begin with but IT IS SO MUCH FUN

The challenge mode mostly just increases the monsters' health, which only lengthens the battle time without raising the skill requirement.

I wasn't really sure about this game. Didn't see much hype/excitement for it? Just wanted to play a new Hoyo game on launch as I never have before. Think I actually really like this game a lot now. Pulled Lucy who I really wanted plus Nekomata. Nice to have a S rank Agent. Regardless if you continue playing or not, glad you gave it a chance! Billy's VA is already really good as well.

I couldnt find the voice actor for Billy kid...i looked it up and english VA comes blank. Though even i feel the voice is familiar, however he is speaking through some sort of screen/there is a certain voice modulation ..so i m unable to pinpoint who that is. However, assuming that it could be one of the VAs from Hoyo's other games is very reasonable. Infact, his voice is not reminding me of someone from Genshin..but from Honkai star rails somehow...the demeanour however is very akin to either Sampo from HSR or Itto from Genshin though.

My main issue with this game is that almost none of the characters have designs that catch my attention. They don't stand out as much as other hoyo games or WuWa. There are exceptions, but still.

Well, well, well...I definitely didn't expect this! I myself am still trying out the game and while I love the artstyle, UI, and combat, I really think the gacha aspect is unnecessary. Ik it can't be a Hoyo game without gacha but I feel like it is quite unnecessary for this specific game.

Absolutely not - what started out as an alright game went steeply downhill for me; I daresay I won't touch the series again. But I hope you enjoy it!~
