Zenlike Creature & Ending - Ozric Tentacles, Live @ Le Badaboum

"Zenlike Creature" & Ending - Ozric Tentacles Live at Le Badaboum, the 20th February 2016. Multicam HD + HD Sound.
First-time in France Ozric Tentacles' full performance has been organised and shot by MisèRecords, for your pleasure.
Pioneer 10 Space Rock Series (12 of 12) If nothing got blocked in the last few series, this should be request #250, and it’s a trippy one. I’ve tried to put together a series by the Ozrics for a couple years now, but it is so hard- they’ve done every genre imaginable and every album is radically different from the previous and next, so I’m never happy with it. Anyway, they formed in 1983 at the Stonehenge Free Festival (one of the years it wasn’t brutally shut down by the British police), and again the founder (Ed Wynne this time, who does a little of every instrument) is the only remaining original member. This is actually a pretty recent one- it’s the closing track of their 2015 double album “Technicians of the Sacred,” their 14th studio album (not counting their first 6 which were on cassette and self-released, or the EPs, or the live albums). The performance is from early the following year in France. Ed’s on guitar and synth, the bassist (lost in her own chemical/musical world) introducing the band is Ed’s wife Brandi, and that’s his son Silas Neptune on keyboards. Hope you enjoyed the series.
