This is video number six in my 102 Tangles of Zentangle poster playlist. (See below for more information if you’re new to this playlist.) Today I’m starting my tile by drawing a part of the poster that I’m struggling with. Inside of Poke Root on the poster is a pattern that might be a tangleation of Striping. Let me kmow if you think I'm correct. If you think it’s another Zentangle pattern, I’d love to know! The other patterns for today are Poke Leaf and Msst. All of these patterns are old favorites.
Why this playlist? I’m working my way through the Zentangle poster called “102 Tangles of Zentangle” because it introduced me to this art method that I love so much. In honor of my 4th anniversary of becoming a CZT, I wanted to identify the 102 patterns on the poster. I have loved studying the poster and I’ve also studied the Zenthology, which is the book given to Certified Zentangle Teachers when they complete their seminar training. It has been wonderful studying both the poster and the Zenthology and practicing the patterns.
