Wow to think I was part of this movie..small roll I played with my baby brother and older brother and extended family as well. And my grandparents home stead was the next street over wow memories of my young as days xxx
I Owned This Car After The Movie Of Course. My Partner Bought It. At That Time It Was Metalic Black, Impala Floor Shift Leather Bucket Seats. Leather Interior. I Drove To Shannon To Visit Whanau. Of Course, They Wanted To Take It For A Ride. Though I Warned Them To Take It Easy They Came Back Carless And Why You May Ask? It Is Because They Blew A Hole In The Sump. Needless To Say I Was In Deep Shit. I Lived In Foxton Beach And Sold It To My Neighbour Johnny. Forget His Last Name But That Car Was My Fav Of All Times Hence To Say I Bought Another One Just Like The Other One lol. True Story.
Junior Amiga...Not sure if he was the boy my ex went with ages before me, who I was sitting next to in what was then called Youth town (now Boys Town in Auckland City),when an older gentleman came in, sat next to him and began asking him if he wanted to be in a new film. All I remember hearing is the name "Mark 2 Zephyr" so I'm guessing it was him. Kingi Philips was not liked much and whenever he was in K Rd, Mongrel mob supporters and some patched Members used to give him sh**t.If I recall, it was because he was a BP Nomad. Was offered a small part in the NZ movie "Queen city rockers" as part of a rioting crowds @ Auckland university that ran along a tunnel to tackle singer Graham Brazier from Hello Sailor. But I think it was edited, so am not seen as one of the last 3 coming out of there....
