The filters go the other way round, so the white bits are on the sides, that stops the gap at the top x

Hello. Do I understand correctly, that there is no filter inside of this dust collector? You just put this filter sheet on top, right?

Hi, Yes, the base is the extractor only, filter sits on top 👍 x
