Do you have examples of 3D virtual sets where not only the backdrop but also the ceiling is covered by LED screen?

At the begining, when the guy at Mo-Sys tilt up and down the camera, in addition to the Tilt value changes, I also saw the Roll value changes. So how to fix this problem?
