Sir I have a question, I have some ABB grid tie inverter's one is a three phase Trio 20 kW and the others two are 3 kW single phase...neither of the two types have a configuration for zero export but they do have a "power limit" feature is there any way possible to hack into this feature (that's normally controlled by the grid to crank down the power output) to somehow use it as a makeshift zero export?
Hi Sir , Saw your other video also. It's amazing. I have a doubt. Can we couple zero export and solar DG synchronize so that our system produces continues power irrespective of grid supply?
I am facing an issue with zero export device where when there is uneven load on three phases the zero export device is unable to fully stop the export. I am using Aiswei Solplanet G2 20kw grid tie inverter with compatible free export device.
Hello sir, For this phenomenon of zero export, is there any compulsion of gross metering? Is there any need for change of electrical metre or the prior alloted metre will remain same? Is there any to be taken before going for this through DISCOM as in On Grid SPV.
Good Day Sir, If i have 3 solar inverters grid tied, how many CT sensors will I use? 3? one in each inverter? or do I only need one sensor, and connect all the inverters in parallel to that single ct sensor?
Your three inverters have to be the same and also capable to be "String Type" in this case you only need one CT sensor and the inverters needs a communication cable connected between them!
hello sir, i have a 10.5 kw solar system with a 11kw sofar grid tie inverter, which generates 27 - 30kw units daily, the reduce in unit generation mainly is due to my electricity provider (KSEB) having power cuts during peak production hours. how can i use a zero export in that case when there is no grid to power my home appliances? my consistent load is 2.2kw
Not possible.you need Grid for Reference. You may achieve this by using equal capacity Generator installed with DGPV synchronization. By the way for 10 kW unit 30 units per day is very low production may be due to power cuts
Dear Sir, I installed a 18 kw solar on grid plant the power consumption of the premises was 60 units per day, but after the plant installed the power consumption become 10 units per day but the PF reduced to .5 and the kvah reading becomes just double and also the PF penalty, how can I troubleshoot it, I made the generation by 75% reactive power but the PF is still .7 then how can I will get .9 PF.
Sir,In On Grid system there is no Transfomer ,so no losses also .. So whatever input ur Grid is having it will get the same from ur system. The only u need to check whether the country, frequency or properly set. Also if the apparent power is correct as per the panels connected ,I think ur system is fine. If interested pls drop me a msg in whatsapp @9447743431.
The ZED will take the minimum load being consumed from one of the 3 phase as reference and it will control the PCU to distribute balanced power in each of it three phases out put to ensure no export to grid. We can discuss this over a call if need. Our support number 18005724090
