Thanks for the update and keep doing what you do. My journey in the current market has taught me a lot of lessons, at the top of that list is that it never pays to live above one's means. I have managed to grow a nest egg of around $600k to a decent 7 figures in the space of a few months. Sad to say but a lot of us have poor money management skills. My 2 cents -get an advisor to keep you accountable and aid you make better decisions, Linda Wilburn has been helping me a lot, all through my journey. I find it better to pay a little bit more for peace of mind than worry about money or market trends and still get >burned.

My advice to everyone is this : if you want to grow big this year especially in your finances. Be willing to take risks. I left my 9 to 5 eight years ago, which allowed me to focus entirely on family & myself. It has been a difficult time as my family & social life have changed dramatically in that time. But frankly I do not miss the 9 to 5 rat race at all. I enjoy having all my time to myself and doing whatever I want whenever I want, not having to answer to anyone but myself. This has enabled me to be able to organise things alot more easily.

I’m 26 years old and I started investing into dividend stocks 6 months ago, in the first 6 months it wasn’t great but it’s a start, I made £9.63 in 6 months but now this year I’m going to try and go as aggressive as I can the goal is to make £100 but if I can do more then great! I’m also thinking of starting my own investment journal channel and hopefully use that income to help invest too so by time I’m like 55 my goal is to retire through my dividends and other investments

🌈🌈🌈I cannot see myself owning rental properties because there may be times tenants may not want to pay their rent entirely. It is even worst when they refuse to get out even with eviction notices being served. What a hassle for someone to deal with that kind of stress with their rental properties. The only way to get these non- paying tenants out of your home is when the sheriff throws them out. 🌈🌈🌈🌈

Hey mate, great video. If you had the option to maximise your ISA allowance for the year. Which of the following would you do. 1. Put £16k into a stocks and shares ISA (invest in S&P & FTSE ETF) and Pay the remaining £4k into a Lifetime stocks and shares ISA (to grab bonus). OR 2. Put all the £20k ISA allowance into a stocks and shares ISA (invest in S&P & FTSE ETF)? Long-term investor. Won't be able to access LifeTime ISA for 20 years. Using it for retirement. Just wanted to know your thoughts. Love your work!

Do you know if dividends have a separate tax allowance from our £1000 personal savings allowance? For instance, if I earned £1000 on interest using all my allowance, would an extra £500 in dividends come into a different allowance or would I pay tax on it? Example refers to a normal stock account as I know ISA dividends are tax-free.

I really don't read too much into statistics. Half of my money isn't invested, in a property/equity or in a bank account either and I'm sure a lot of people are in the same boat. The figures and averages will be heavily skewed by people doing the same...
