Thanks for the vid I just got mine from Amazon and I thought it was defective. My tap water is super bad though. According to the manual it’s only gonna filter about 8 gallons or less and then I’ll have to change filters. At this point it’s way cheaper to buy bottled water or use the water kiosks.
Please help me. I have had my ZERO Water Pitcher for 3 years and today i found a little 1" spring on the counter. I cannot find a "button" cover anywhere. Do i have to buy a whole new pitcher? Or is there a part i can put in? Where to order?
Thank you for the video, I just got mine today. I would stay away from bottled water if possible. Zero filters the plastic out. In a trailblazing new study, researchers have discovered bottled water sold in stores can contain 10 to 100 times more bits of plastic than previously estimated - nanoparticles so infinitesimally tiny they cannot be seen under a microscope. Part of the problem is that microplastics are so tiny that they can get into our cells. British scientists recently showed damage to human cells in the laboratory at levels that we know we ingest with our food. The damage includes allergic reactions and cell death.
Awesome Video! This water filtered container comes with a T.D.S. meter, which stands for Total Dissolved Solids. Yes it will remove any speck of debris or solid substances from our city waters, which is awesome. But it doesn't indicate whether the water is acidic or alkaline.
@@theblackman340 I purchased one and found out. Its got tabs that lock it into place, and they cannot be depressed to release them. Not ideal but i'm happy with the filter overall. I haven't had to clean it many months later because I only run store-bought purified water through it and its still 0 PPM. I'm just trying to get any microplastics/etc out of the bottled water, eventually I'll install an under-sink RO unit for better convenience. Riddle me this: Which well-known minority hides in plain sight, plots your destruction but tells you they're white?
Ok my filter doesnt have hole in bottom like yours. It comes out around rim of filter. My tester reads high. 20points lower than reg tap water reading. Not happy
Good video. Using this for about 3 years now and still counting. In comparison to using a Brita filter for years, the zero water is definitely a better option and pretty cheap from walmart or ebay. Good buy!
84 for tap water!!! I have 215ppm here in the UK. Another reason why people should think again if they're thinking of moving here as the infrastructure is obviously crumbling.
For everyone complaining about the slow fill up. I take the white insert out and sit it sideways on top of the pitcher to fill faster. It fills slowly when it’s in because the water is fighting to go into the container where the air inside can’t escape
Literally 2 weeks after buying this my filter read 067… having to replace this filter that often isn’t practical. My tap water must be really bad then… My filtered water smelled and tasted like fish. Very unpleasant.
Are you a bit silly? Of course it measures purity, distilled water is zero ppm. Tap water in the UK is 480ppm his was 084ppm that's good! I've goy 2 of these one at work one at home.. it was a silly question.
