35 years ago a tiny restaurant had Mexican Lasagna....only on Fridays. Place is gone but it was soooo good. Grew their own vegetables for salsa. I think I can do this one!

Kent, this looks REALLY GOOD like all the other recipes you have demonstrated. You and your bride and the livestock are national treasures. I do have one concern, though. There are some HUGE wildfires in the Texas panhandle -- well over a half-million acres and they have flooded over into western Oklahoma. I sincerely hope your ranch, your home in Oklahoma and your coffee shop in Texas are safe and not in the range of the wildfires.

Years ago, when my family camped a lot, we did the Dutch oven thing a lot, but was struggle as we were self-taught. Your videos, where I can actually see best practices is incredibly helpful. I may have to drag that cast iron back out.

A new recipe for me. Never had it. Im 55 and kinda growing tired of the foods Ive had all my life so new is nice. Saved the video. I dotn have a dutch oven but will try to make a smaller one in the regular oven and stove. Im along so that one is a bit much for me..even though i do eat too much lol.
