this quest happens if you either surrender or lose to cauthrien. when you're in prison, choose the "let's wait for the others" option instead of breaking out yourself.

I suggest the feastday gifts dlc as a starter, then in the village of haven, you'll find a pair of antivan leather boots, then I think the ruins of the brecilian forest (or the dalish camp) you'll find a pair of dalish gloves that will remind him of his mother's gloves, yeah, all of these will earn you a high approval rating
@Dylanfurches88 thats ok, I was in a bad mood at the time aswell lol. Weird coincidence that. Also I do recomend buying this if you havn't already, mind you, its alot better for the PC compared to console versions.
@erd249 mmhh DA2 isnt bad, is just because is too diferent from the first, i see it more than an expansion or a spin off of the series. yeah is good but is not what i was waiting.
WHAT??? And how did you manage to keep Zevran in your party!!!! So there is a way to keep him from turning on you before rescuing the queen? What is it?
@TheMysteriousDumbaz1 Only if you don't take the time to get him to like you or trust you and not make him feel trapped. If you do all that he won't betray you. He's never betrayed me.
@lotr3111 you need to have a good relationship/friendship with him. Try to agree. and when he offers to be your lover say "No, But you needn't bother" then agree with him in his conversations
@zzxp1 Hey Bioware was trying something different, some of it worked and some of it didn't. The new trees, for example, they were a lot of fun, and the fact that there was no overreaching bad guy was really different and interesting. 3 will probaly be a mix of elements from Origins and 2. Plus the characters were still pretty cool, although occasionally I wanted there to be a Slap Anders option.
@Nemo30STM Er, now we have another perverted dwarf. Varric. Still not as good as Oghren but Dragon Age doesn't exist without out perverted short little friends ^_^
@zzxp1 Yeah you can, but...why? Yeah Dragon Age 2 has some stuff wrong with it, yeah it wasn't as spectacular as we thought it was going to be, but in the grand scheme of things it's not a bad game. It's just not as good as Origins. A lot of games aren't that good, but that doesn't mean they're totally awful. I had fun playing 2, it ate up about sixty hours of my life and what more can I ask from a game?
