ActivMode achieves savings through matching the optimal flow of the two primary operating modes of the commercial vehicle.
It is designed for minimum complexity, requiring no electronics or sensors to achieve its unique flow logic. Reduced complexity allows it to be smaller and lighter than the competition and fit current vehicle architectures.
Its ability to operate at lower temperatures provides OEMs the opportunity to eliminate steering system coolers. This further reduces system complexity and vehicle weight.
