Thanks for your reaction. Both of them have beautiful voices and this was actually their second duet. Their first one is called "Flower walking freely" (or "Free walking flower"), which is also amazing. I'm not too familiar with Sa Dingding's other works but I've watched many Zhou Shen performances (he is also called Charlie Zhou because Charlie is his Western name or ShenShen as his fans call him). He does not always sing that high but he hardly uses his tenor voice and most of the times he prefers the upper register. I recommend his songs "Ring the doorbell, listen to it myself", "Memory" (from the musical Cats), "The Song of Heaven Island", "Dalabengba", "Unravel", "Baby Goodbye" and of course his signature song "Big Fish". I hope to see more reaction to ShenShen on your channel. 🙂 BTW Zhou is pronounced like Joe with the J sounding like the "ch" in chapel.

Welcome to Zhou Shen's family. FYI, all of Zhou Shen's performances have not been autotuned whatsoever and he always sings with a full open mic which not so many artists will do nowadays because of their abilities. By the way, you only listen to 1% of Zhou Shen's talents based on this video. He can sing at least 12 different languages which included Mandarin, Cantonese, English, Russian, Ukraine, Polish, Japanese, Hindi, French, Italian, Thai, Spanish, etc........ He can even sing 6 different voices in one song. His music has so many different genres. To tell you a bit about Zhou Shen's background. He is from China. He got bullied when he was young just because his voice didn't change when puberty came but that was not his choice and people called him names like a sissy or he sounded like a woman etc..... because of that he didn't sing in front of people for a long time and he even tried to tone down his voice when he speaks. It takes a long time for him to accept his own voice again and gets where he is now all around the world. He studied Dentistry in Ukraine when he was young but because of the language barriers, he changed to study Classical music there instead. His goal is to combine Classical and Pop music to introduce them to those who didn't know what Classical music is. His vocal range is very wide and his breath control is extremely good. He is a polite, funny, and humble guy. f you are willing to dig into his performances, you will be amazed by his talents. A lot of music can heal people's bodies but not many can heal people,'s, souls. Zhou Shen's music is one of them that can heal your soul. Even with his high note, it will not hurt your ears, unlike so many artists out there. Thank you again for reacting to Zhou Shen's performance.

I see many reactions but no one mention about his microphone which is his own microphone. He used it in his life performance after 2019. What is even more amazing is that Zhou Shen was not classically trained; he is mostly self-taught. He did attend Lviv National Music Academy in the Ukraine to study bel canto. He sounds good in his lower register as well although he tends to sing in his higher register. He does not get enough attention in the West and would love to see him become more famous internationally. He also has an amazing personality. He is often on Chinese TV programs as well as being a superstar in the Chinese music industry. He does a mix of traditional and pop music. He speaks multiple languages including English, Russian, Japanese, Ukrainian, Polish, French, and Italian. The woman, Sa Ding Ding, is the original artist who sings the OST to "Ashes Of Love" which happens to be my favorite Chinese drama!!! And along with Charlie Zhou Shen, well come on now, amazing duet. sigh.... BTW you should see some of the incredible production of this drama. smh Hint: the lyrics are part of the drama plot. Sa Ding Ding was also given a Support Role on the drama and got her inspiration from the incredible plotline. CLIP OF FINAL BATTLE: "【Devil War】The pretty fairy stopped His Majesty from fighting the Phoenix!" FYI It is said that Sa Ding Ding decided to duet with Charlie ZS because his voice was the most compatible with hers to do justice to this stunning song. BTW this is one of my fave OSTs.
so difficult duet because both of them specialty is high tones and this song is in hight tones too. Someone has to change to lower tones but they choice to more higher tones.
