FWIW, I'd say that the community aound the Crystal programming language started up outside the US. For that matter, the ruby community started in Japan. I remember getting started on ruby back when almost all the official documentation was written in Japanese. 🙂

Love the idea but the video is just too long. Can the future such roadmap videos be restricted to 10-15 mins instead?
