I love the space saving design of the hidden bed. However, the structure doesn’t give me confidence that it’ll be able to handle any aggressive and vigorous indoor activities while on it. 🤔😁

Something new learnt in such house tours and definitely helps build on renovation knowledge. Every Singaporean deserves a good well renovated home so I hope there’s more people who can benefit from a good house reno.
The "Before" was speechless, if effort made by family of 3, I'm sure it could be maintained as neat as possible too. However, I am totally impressed with the "After" (obviously lah, all new). Though the theme is moody and woody, but it got style. Happy for Zi Jie on the made-over. Good job. Do work hard to replenish back the damage ($$) done. Haaaa

I notice the windows in the balcony. One behind is from the old design - opaque aluminium on the bottom slats and translucent on the top 3 slats . The new unit has a whole transparent sliding window. This has aesthetic value. But it doesn't stop peeping toms from trying to peep thru the translucent glass! However, I'm wondering if there are more modern louvered windows that will give me privacy/safety of material from the bottom half of the whole window , to stop peeping toms, and circulation/natural lighting from outside from the top half. I'm asking for links to reliable window companies that fit my needs for a possible need for if I find a new apt with a common corridor.
Someone mentioned below about the rooms number. Is this HDB 3rooms ie 2bed rooms + living room. His sister n mum has a bigger room, There is an extra smaller room for himself. If this is HDB 2rooms, how ones gets the 2nd smaller room shown on video.

Very impressive look and feel. I love almost every reno and fittings. Can we do one room at a time, esp for an old condo unit where the residents will stay in while each room is groomed one at a time. 😃😃😃
