Been searching FOREVER for a great ride cymbal with a funky bell that isn't overbearing, and obnoxious. WOW, this sounds good.

Not sure about ride (too light, for me session ride 20 muuuuch stronger), but it sound like good crash and amazing pair for K Dark Thin 20 😍

It is a Very good ride to crash and bash on, it has so much nice, nice, nice dark and shimmering wash (cymbal swells with mallets are heaven on this one), and the bell is perfection! I hear what you're saying about the Session Ride; it is a stronger choice; it's a bit thicker, and the key is the unlathed surface, it yields such a nice ping and that dryer wash...a lot more stick articulation at the end of the day from that cymbal. Heck, why not have both cymbals?! I mean they're Ks! Who can ever have enough Ks in their collection?! :)

@@byronius57 I just bought a 20” K Crash Ride which is essentially this cymbal just a touch lighter. I bought it to use as a Crash but I see myself using it to its full potential. It has so many different sounds depending on where it’s hit along with a great Crash. Very versatility and I could myself using it in a 2 cymbal setup with a 22” K Ride. It looks to use the same bell as the Sweet Ride. And yes.....we can never have too many K’s in our arsenal.😏
