Thanks for this video. I had the 3 lights on. The tail lights, all were working ok, but I decided to un-plug and plug both sides back, I cleared the codes with a scanner and lights are gone, no more problem for my 2011 Mercedes Sprinter
Instead of replacing one part after another until you get lucky. TEST the system components. Start with the easiest. Fuses. Then check if the wheel speed sensors are working and then check the wires from sensors to abs module in engine bay... Check the brake light switch (measure the resistance with a multimeter in on and off position) If all checks out to be ok, check the abs pump. You should hear the pump start for about 1 sec. when you turn the key before starting the engine. If you can't hear the pump start, you can test the pump by removing connector and hook up 12V and ground directly to the pump. If the pump runs, then it most likely is ok. Then it might be abs controller that is faulty. A this point you should consider getting the fault codes read by someone with Mercedes diagnostics computer. They can also run self tests on the different system components. Don't just keep guessing and replacing parts like this "expert"
Thanks for your advice it’s actually really good information ℹ️ speaking of the computer I am getting one Thursday it’s SDS so now I can test everything correctly, to be honest I am new to doing the tests you mentioned 5 years ago I was really broke and could not afford to buy parts let alone computers so I thought my self to do what works and this saved me money and now I live in a payed off home with 13 cars in my yard and I have a small business selling used car parts I am always learning and never think I know everything
Hey i bought a 2008 Dodge Sprinter diesel van and two days after i bought it the ABS esp, what looked like a little tire and the check engine lights showed up. Now it only runs on first gear and I can't shift it. the "P" and the "D" on the computer doesn't show up anymore and I can't change the gears manually. I already changed the fuses and the rear esp sensor and the brake switch. Still the same. Any recommendations?
Tell me you don’t own a sprinter without telling me you don’t own a sprinter. It doesn’t matter how thorough you are. These things are terrible to diagnose 😂

I found on my 2013 MB Sprinter the abs brakes warn lights was caused by bad contact in fuse 15 holder block F55/2. Good it wasn't wheel speed sensors or control unit.
Had all three lights/limp mode intermittently. Problem ended up being a bare tail light wire which was grounding-out on the body and causing the faults. Taped it up. No more problems.
I had a short once and I could not believe It effected the enguine and transmissions function All lights came on when a bungee cord pinched a wire above my side sliding door Hope you find it

Hi I have a 2016 sprinter V6 that I have a rough gear changing when I go from park to reverse a big loud clunk no check engine light and the bad thing that it goes away and comes randomly back also rough shifting once in a while want to see if you know something about this symptom took it to the mechanic did not was not able to check it because of the no check engine light and no symptoms
I'm having the same problem all 3 lights come on together and usually turn off with the next time I turn the van off and on. I'm thinking it may be a loose connection but I can't find where the wire harnesses are for this. Both front wheels are reporting a problem. do you know the location of the wire harnesses for the abs?
Had the same problem with a 2006 sprinter after a brake and an alignment used to come and go sometimes making the van very irritating to use until one day i backup and i hit a cab and all at a sudden the problem disappeared i will not say how that happened but i guess maybe it was a loose connection.
Wow interesting, my problem was intermittent to, but I hit some big pot holes, they were ok size but my front struts were bad, and van felt every bump in the road as a big one, so it might of got something lose
ZIMALETA HOW TO SHOW & UNBOXING I tell ya Sergei , I used to get massive pain in my hand joints from cutting sheetmetal all day at work until get this : one day I held a live 240 volts ac wires with both hands and “ DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME “ by accident thinking power was off and ever since my hands have been pain free ! Scary but helpful
Off topic question for you, my 2002 208cdi is just showing dashes ------- on the dash, when i put the key in it shows all zeros and then the dashes. Got it hooked up to delphi ds150e diagnostics and no faults. Any idea what can it be?
Have an ABS/ESR problem. Have cut the cables on all ABS sensors, and connected a multimeter to one at a time, via an extension cord (WAGO connections work great) . Thereby measuring about 4-5 Volts on each sensor except the left rear, which measures 1,2 Volts. All while driving in 90Km/h. Suspect that the left rear sensor might not be pushed in enough towards the wheelbase/ ABS "ring" , so it is not picking up enough voltage. The sensor is stuck, therefore the next step will be to knock it out from the wheel side, hopefully in whole. Either I may be able to use it again, or replace it. When replaced/repositioned, I have come to an understanding that I will need to reset the ABS error codes. What is the best/cheapest diagnostic/way of doing this?
I use icarsoft CR Plus for all makes and models but I recommend icarsoft MB 2 iCarsoft MBII for Mercedes Benz/Sprinter/Smart Professional Diagnostic Tool Scanner, New Version $149.00 amzn.to/2wLi3Bh This is the most cost effective way to do Diagnostics and more, but I am dealing with exactly same problem and I removed my left rear sensor, I cleaned it and reinstalled it same problem, so I will update my icarsoft CR Plus hope it can delete this code because it’s not connecting, but it might be something wrong with my OBD 2 reader or worse, my ABS computer might be dead, but the transmission is what’s giving me this code actually, and next step I bought a new speed sensor, I will replace it and hope it helps, will try to solve cheeper options first

I had the same problem in the brake in my van sprinter lt 35 1997 ... the brake is not working well ... and eventually it is not stopping on high speed ... it has abs ... srs is always on ... but when i use the brake on water or sand it works immediately .. i change the pump and servo and add oil and release it ... i also change the mirrors but we still have the same issue in the brake ... what can i do ? Please inform ...
Hello Serge! I have a big problem whit the brakes on my 2006 416cdi 2.7 liter. Last year i have replaced the ABS pump and all was working well. Last week,after 150km of driving,the brake pedal went all the way down i almost made it to stop😵. It does not loose any brake fluid,nowhere! I have cheked! When i have bleeded the calipers,there was a lot of air in the system.after that the brakes were perfect! But after another 100-150km the problem reapered.....a lot of air ithe hole system. Replaced the master cylinder.....again....after 100-150km the same thing😫😫 any ideas?!
When the two lights and and the traction come on I can move my shifter from parking to drive, so I have to start the car on neutral and then move to drive, sometimes light come off it self, also my turn signal doesn't work.
Hey Sergei. If I change my wheels and tires from 15 inch to 16 inch on my 2004 3500, will that mess up the ABS? I would like to change to 16 inch so the tires are cheaper.. Thank you.
I increased my tire size only not the wheel size, but the tire size and now all three of those lights stay on on my dash. I had a person with a diagnostic computer turn them off and they stayed off for a short time but then came back on. I think I have to have the ECU reflash to accommodate the bigger tires ?
I don’t think that will work, but if you find out let me know, personally I would just put the right size tire on, and see if problem is resolved, it might not be then you need to look at other things

I already had every ESP problem in the book lol right now it’s left rear speed sensor, but what your referring to might of been break light switch or rear tail light circuit board short
